ONE is a modern executive condo located on the ground floor of a 4-Plex in mid-town Vernon. Built in 2018 with modern Scandinavian design, open great room with soaring 10 ceilings. Functional kitchen with central island, lots of cabinets with soft close doors and quartz counter tops. Fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig K-Latte and various coffees and flavorings to make lattes and cappuccinos. Smudge proof stainless appliances with ice maker and full laundry. Beautifully finished with warm woods and contemporary greys. Comfortable furniture and interesting Art throughout. First bedroom has twin beds. There is a king bed in the master bedroom . The master has a walk in closet and en-suite with walk in shower. Second bathroom has a tub shower combo. All with quartz counter tops. All bedding is first class and bathroom outfitted with fine linens. Outdoor is a semi-private patio for exclusive use of the condo. Detached single car garage included and tandem parking for one. Condo backs onto a park and is within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store, recreation center and a Starbucks. Short walk to downtown Vernon. Condo is located on the bike path that leads to downtown Vernon, eventually to both Okanagan and Kalamalka Lakes and the Rail Trail. 15 min. walk to Village Green Mall. Silver Star Mountain Resort is 25 min drive. Both the Rise and Predator Ridge Golf Courses are within 20 min. Beaches at either Okanagan or Kalamalka Lakes are within 15 drive. This condo is perfect for those travelers looking to stay a while enjoying the Okanagan.

Great Condo

Incredible Stay

We arrived to fresh baking and beautiful flowers sitting on the counter. We were thrilled with the centrality of the location and the cleanliness of the rental. Denise was incredibly friendly and profession. We definitely recommend this property!

Great centrally located place in Vernon

Property was as described and having a garage and a/c was great. Tennis courts behind were good and bike trails to downtown right in front of unit. Would definitely stay here again and host was very quick to respond to any requests.

Fabulous condo

Great central location, exceptionally clean modern and functional, had some great meals there. Everything you need in kitchen. Garage was a bonus as we had bikes to store. Communication with host was excellent.

Reliable Vernon Accommodation

Loved our stay in this ground floor condo. It was in close proximity to Vernon attractions like Kalamaka Beach, the farmer's market and the Vernon golf course. Downtown is in walking distance if you are so inclined. The added security of a car garage was a bonus. The condo was spacious for two and the kitchen was well appointed. We hope to return again on our next visit to Vernon.

Quick trip

Booked this place for my parents. They usually stay in Denise's "Scandinavian" unit but they were late booking so they missed. This unit is just as lovely! Super clean, comfortable, and sunny. They loved every second being here. Nothing negative to say!

Always a great stay and very good for our needs.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and it is very well situated for our needs. The location is central and right in between Silverstar and Kal lake where we have friends we visit. The neighbourhood is a little urban, but no issues of the many times we visited. The unit above does have dogs and kids which are a little noisy at times. Has all you need to make a light meal and the owner has graciously provided flowers and pastries upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Vernon.

Excellent downtown accessible Vernon condo

Excellent clean first floor Vernon condo near downtown. It had all the amenities you could would want and more. There was quick easy access to Kal beach, downtown restaurants, the farmer's market and the Vernon golf club. Eventhough there was tenants upstairs and adjoining our unit it was very quiet in the evening. We appreciated the garage parking behind the unit. We will definitely stay again.

Great time, just like home

Great stay overall, the only thing, we found that the master bed was little smaller than the average queen size. My wife and I not about 150 155 pounds, and we noticed that the bed is smaller than at home. Otherwise, it is great.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit is very tastefully decorated and there are thoughtful touches in every room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic and has great walk-ability to restaurants and parks. My kids didn't want to leave!

Respite

Doing work remotely and tending to elder care, the condo was a welcome respite at the end of our days in Vernon - handy to stores, a short walks to downtown and farmers market, and great Indian food and some great Vernon trails for hiking. Loved that the place had absolutely everything one could want or need and is modern and stylishly appointed. Great! Thank you.

Great stay

Excellent bright, comfortable, ground-floor suite, nicely furnished, very well-equipped, and very convenient. Bedrooms were huge. Management was professional and to a high standard. We particularly enjoyed the bright morning sunlight (although there are shades if you don't like it), well-designed kitchen and sunny front patio. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and (a little further) walking distance to downtown Vernon. Suite and neighbourhood very quiet, except for young upstairs neighbour or guest who sometimes pounded loudly on the floor. However, it was during day hours, so the only way this would be an issue is if you were a late and sensitive sleeper. We found this place after a Predator Ridge booking was cancelled on us. Would stay here again -- our teenagers preferred to be in town.
