Just 13 minutes to Downtown Nashville, nestled in the heart of Donelson, safe, established neighborhood, and only 7 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes away from Opryland Hotel, the Opry Mills mall , Regal theatre, tons of restaurants, all kinds of walking trails, and a large splash park.
- We can create a private songwriter evening for you and your guests, just ask! $$

Please note, we are not offering the "whole house". This is a beautiful , sunny, finished basement, VERY QUIET, with a covered deck 26x12, and all completely private for you. Fenced backyard for a pup. You will traverse 7 steps down to a ramp which leads around back to enter.

We offer a nice work space, strong and fast atnt internet, with a nearby power strip at the sturdy built in counter, between kitchen area and the lounge area.

PLEASE NOTE: the first 2 guests will be charged our base rate. Any guests more than 2 will add $15.00 per night, per guest. Extra guests will need to inflate the aero bed by plugging it in. It is a size double. Good for younger people or small adults. Check in time is 3:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. We can usually be flexible with check in/check out times please ask.

Free parking off the street, spacious sunny basement master suite. 1king/1 aero bed upon request/1BA. 620 SF. Huge, private, covered back deck and yard area, overlooking more than 3/4 wooded acres. Kitchenette is outfitted with enough cookware for simple cooking, 2 burner plug-in stove top, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, refrigerator, and Mikasa dishware service for 4. We have earned all excellent reviews, because we hustle for our guests! Shampoo, conditioner, basic soaps, hair styling tools, towels, tissues, TP, supplied.

1 or 2 dogs allowed, if they are trained well please. great fenced yard for them to run in.

I came to nashville in my early 30's to pursue the dream of writing and recording my songs. It has turned out to be an amazing journey! I toured as a background vocalist for 6 years with Brooks and Dunn, 3 years with Christopher Cross, and I've been singing at the Grand Ol Opry as needed since 2010. I perform regularly at the Bluebird, the Grand ol Opry, and several churches in town. I stay busy singing in studios around town for other writers and continue to record new songs thru out the year! Life is good.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house because of how close it is to the downtown area, and yet it is still mellow and comfortable with a huge yard. We have some nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I will make sure you have everything you need upon request. Let us organize a private songwriter concert for you in our outdoor deck area and you will go home knowing what the true Nashville experience as a songwriter really is. There are artist costs involved, and we would need plenty of advance notice to get the best performers we can. Hope to hear from you soon! See uploaded video snip of a recent concert we hosted for 50 guests, featuring Don Henry and Jon Vezner of The Don Juans.

What makes this property unique

First of all, the large private peaceful deck, right outside your entrance door! We have a huge gas grill out there and a gas fireplace to sit around outside at night. In addition, Let us create your own special songwriter event in the back deck area !! (we need plenty of advance notice and more $$ to pay the talent!)
Take the Nashville Star downtown from the Donelson Train Station...$2.00 per person, 9 minute ride. Later that night, catch an Uber ride back to the house for $20.00 or less depending on supply/demand. Hassle free downtown adventure!!
In addition, I have put together a welcome notebook with any information you might need. It includes a master list of restaurants which are ALL within a 15 minute drive, recommendations for tourist attractions and other tips as well. Have a Nashville adventure and yet be as comfortable as you are at your own house at the same time. Do your laundry here, go home with fresh clean clothes!
