We offer a nice work space, strong and fast Comcast internet, with a nearby power strip at the sturdy built in counter, between kitchen area and the lounge area.

PLEASE NOTE: the first 2 guests will be charged our base rate. Any guests more than 2 will add $15.00 per night, per guest. Check in time is 3:00 pm unless otherwise arranged.

There are 2 queen beds, each in a different section, one is in a private room, the other in the larger common area. Room divider for use in creating privacy for the bed in large room.Self inflating AERO bed also on the premises for an additional guest. Excellent "blast" Comcast xfinity internet TV channels includes major news, sports package and more.

Lots of clothes hanging racks, iron, clothes washer/dryer, detergent.

Ask us to create a fabulous backyard unplugged concert party experience featuring some of Nashville' s best singers and songwriters. I am a journeyed singer/songwriter and musician myself. We can make it happen! $$


OUR ENHANCED CLEANING POLICY:
- 95% of the time we have at least 2 days between occupations.
- windows are opened during cleaning
- implementation of removal of shoes policy, before guests enter unit

- minimize contact between host and guest, with self check in and proper social distancing
- in addition to our strenuous cleansing, we will have on hand self cleaning supplies approved by the CDC
- if you would like us to use masks while interacting with you just ask! happy to accommodate.
- handy guest book included in the apartment
- hand sanitizer available within unit
- hand soaps available for frequent hand washing
- bleach and water solution supplied in addition to soaps
- sponges in original wrappers for each new guest, and fresh paper towels
- any non-disposable items used for cleaning will be disinfected with bleach between guest stays
- disposable gloves and mask worn during cleanings and then thrown away

As per CDC guidelines, general enhanced cleaning procedures will be as follows:
1- start with less risk areas (bedroom, living area)
2- end with kitchen , bathroom
3- using approved household soaps, leaving on surface for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and wipe clean, using paper towels, immediately disposed of.
4- next, disinfect with a separate product such as bleach and water, leaving on surface for 1 minute, rinse, wipe clean,using paper towels, immediately disposed of.
5- use of fresh paper towel per area to ensure no cross contamination from room to room

Prioritizing high touch areas:
• Door handles
• Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
• Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
• Utensils, cutlery and crockery
• Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
