Nice property. However listing is inaccurate & front door didn't lock

Hi, This is a small but nice apartment- when staying solo like myself. However there were a number of issues. 1. The front door didn't lock & when I informed the concierge her response was: 'I just deliver the keys- please raise the issue with the host.' 2. The ski locker also didn't open with the keys given. 3. The concierge didn't call me on the day the host said she would (the day before my arrival.) But texted me on the day of my arrival. When I called her she said she was in a meeting and would call me back. 4. Towels & a kettle were not provided 5. I asked for fresh linen (to rent) on the day of my arrival & it wasn't provided that day 6. When I messaged both concierges, on the day of my arrival, to express I was disappointed that there was no linen & towels had not been provided- I received a rude response back from one of them stating that the other concierge had definitely explained to me that I needed to rent both linen & towels. This was not the case.

Appartement très pratique qui dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. L'immeuble est calme et très bien placé, proche des pistes et du centre. Le parking pour la voiture est bienvenue. Maryvonne se met à disposition et est très agréable.
