Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location with quick access to town and not too far from secret beach. We could relax around the pool or easily drive our cart to town. Our snorkeling guide picked us up from the dock then cooked up the fish we caught right on the grill by the pool. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Great location

The well maintained property located within a few minutes walk to town provided a wonderful holiday for a family reunion. Despite the limited beaches, the Landings offers suitable access to the warm tropical waters. Loved it here!

The property was clean, safe and a well-maintained pool. Our condo was nicely decorated, had everything that we needed. Brittany and her team were amazing when we needed more water, paper towels etc. they brought them to us promptly. We never had a worry about getting to and from the airport, golf carts rental, they took care of us! It was an amazing stay with them! We would love to come back and stay here! Hopefully in the near future.

Great Week in San Pedro

The location is convenient, grounds are immaculate, and the service provided from preparation to arrival to departure was concierge level. We cannot say enough good things about the Landings and Brittany, Mike, and team!
