Contemporary furnishings, with optimal comfort, fully furnished, offering breathtaking views of the pool, sea and lagoon.

New fitted kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric coffee and kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. All functional equipment included.

2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 1 160 cm bed, the other with 2 80 cm beds

Nice and quiet place, conveniently located (short walk to the Raisins Clairs beach). Unfortunately, a few things went wrong during our stay. First of all, the big screen TV and the AC in the guest bedroom broke down, but were promptly replaced. Then, on New Year's Eve, we had planned to dine in... when trying to use the oven, it wouldn't turn on. While we understand that big appliances inventory can be low on the island, the oven couldn't be fixed or replaced during our stay. The owners apologized about it, but that's all they did. Quite disappointed as we would have appreciated receiving more than just apologies from the owners.

We loved our stay in St Francois!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Chantel was easy to get in touch with and very helpful and friendly. The beach is a short walk and beautiful, especially for a sunset walk. This was our second visit to Crystal Beach and we hope to be back next year!

Finally a property where the description was accurate!

probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever rented. Great location, nicely appointed. We usually have to buy frying pans and or utensils because renters have trashed them. I walked on the floor barefoot and my feet didn't turn black. For us the only negative was hauling groceries up 3 floors (we don't go easy on supplies). The pool really needs more lounge chairs (only 9) and there are no bathrooms, so back up to the unit. Fantastic boulangerie right outside the gates. We used a verbal translator and it went very well for our weeks there. We absolutely loved Guadeloupe and will probably break our tradition to not go to the same place again. I think this is the exception. SO green. Food is NOT expensive (unless you go out) this is the best rating we have ever given a rental.

Great choice in St Francis

We spent a week at this gated condo at Crystal Beach. The unit was as shown in the photos. It is one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. Every time we needed something it was there - from large pool towels, easy to carry beach chairs, cleaning products and 2 sets of keys to the property. There is everything you need to self-cater. We especially appreciated that there were lots of dishes, cutlery and serving bowls and plates. The bed was comfortable (a bit hard which is normal for French beds) with good bedding. The AC in the bedrooms worked very well. While there is no AC in the living area, you don't need it. Just open the patio door and the kitchen window, turn on the ceiling fans and the temperature is perfect. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. We hardly used it because the beautiful Raisins Claire beach was right there. The best area for swimming is about 200 metres from the property. There are a number of good restaurants near by - less than 10 minutes walk and the fantastic bakery just outside the property. We also walked into St Francis for dinner a few times. It takes about 30 minutes with a sidewalk along the main road. I also want to mention Chantal who greeted us when we arrived. We were 2 hours late because our flight was delayed but that wasn't a problem. She doesn't speak English but we managed to understand each other. She was very responsive using WhatsApp anytime we had questions. We highly recommend unit T3.

Tout était tel que décrit. Procédures d’arrivées claires et bien appliquées. Le site est exceptionnel. Tout est accessible à pieds. Le logement est bien aménagé , propre et moderne. Les propriétaires donnent accès à tous les appareils nécessaires pour cuisiner, laver la vaisselle et le linge. Parfait pour des vacances sans soucis.

Beau logement moderne et confortable

Le logement est accueillant, lumineux et on y trouve beaucoup de commodités. Il est rénové et propre. La décoration a été choisie avec soin. Un séjour fort agréable

Nous sommes très content de notre choix. L’appartement est bien équipé (vraiment tout est bien pensé; autant dans les équipements de cuisine, qu’aux petits détails comme les sacs pour l’épicerie, les jeux, livres, et même les produits et accessoires que les résidents précédant ont laissé). Et il est très bien situé; Boulangerie, plusieurs restaurants un mini marché etc…. La plage des raisins clair est magnifique et la piscine n’est pas remplie de gens meme si le site est grand. Souvent nous étions seuls ou presque. Chantal nous a bien reçue à notre arrivé, nous avions même de l’eau, du lait et du jus au frigo et des fruits frais sur le comptoir (comme sur la photo), et elle est disponible et à l’écoute! Bref nous y retournerions sans hésiter! Idéal pour famille de 4 comme nous 😊 Notez que dans l’annonce c’est indiquer qu’il y a un gym accessible mais il ne l’est plus depuis un bon moment.

Appartement bien équipé et décoré avec gout . Situé a proximité de belles plages , une voiture est cependant indispensable pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la région . Super vacances passes dans ce superbe appartement très bien équipé tout y est le confort de la literie internet une cuve pour éviter les coupures d eau et bien d autres ….. l emplacement est idéal super resto à côté la plage en face et piscine !!!!tout à été parfait nous sommes venues en famille avons été super bien accueillis par Chantal merci encore à elle pour sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions et merci encore À Marie Christine la propriétaire qui a été aux petits soins également pour nous !!!!! Great apartment in Crystal Beach

The apartment was very nice, well decorated and has all the supplies and appliances you would need during your stay. They have recently installed a water tank so there were no problems with the water shortages. Chantal was very helpful and wonderful to meet! Would definitely stay there again if visiting in the future!

Superbe Séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Guadeloupe. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Seul petit Bémol, les coupures d'eau régulières (valable pour tous les Guadeloupéens) qui vous obligent à gérer la citerne de 300 Litres (heureusement que les propriétaires l'ont installée récemment !).

Un appartement bien équipé mais sans eau

Désagréable surprise à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour de ne disposer d'eau courante que 2 à 3 heures par jour, gros problèmes d'hygiène pour les 4 occupants , nous avons été informés par la propriétaire de possibles coupures d'eau 7 jours avant notre arrivée, à louer lorsqu'une citerne sera installée
