We offer a beautiful comfortable apartment of 48 m2 overlooking a very large terrace of 24 m2 equipped with a sofa and an outdoor dining area for 4 people.
Located on the Marine Marina of Cogolin in a prestigious secure condominium. Inside, a living room / lounge with a TV, a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom cabin with two bunk beds, wifi, parking, a swimming pool in the residence.
6km from St-Tropez and Ste-Maxime, in the gated residence "La Brigantine", secured access, parking in the residence. Tennis (200m) and swimming pool (100m), free maritime shuttle to cross the Marina, restaurants, bakery, press, doctors, beauty institute, hairdresser ....
To also skirt this marina with feet of approximately 1 km is 15mn
Cogolin Marine Beach is a public sandy beach with restaurant and private area with mattresses, sailing school and diving club: 5min. by the shuttle / 15min. on foot / 5min. by bike.
Also discover the village and the beach of Port-Grimaud nearby, the beaches of the Jet-Set Pampelonne Ramatuelle or wildest Escalet or Cape Taillat, Provencal markets in the most beautiful villages of France.
Access to Saint-Tropez by boat (regular sea shuttles). Possibility to rent a place in the port (with the Harbor Master's Office) if you wish to come with your boat.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels at a price of 25 euros per person.
