About this property

With seven beds spread out amongst a two-story main home, garden apartment, and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. In the garden apartment located on the street level, and additional bedroom with full kitchen and living area. The apartment can be accessed separately from the street, and connects on the inside to the main house.

The fourth bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.

Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Retirement Celebration Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven of my female friends are recently retired so to celebrate all of these wonderful ladies we stayed at 513 Liberty Main + Garden. The accommodations are impeccable and consist of the two bedroom, three bath main house, the one bedroom, one bath garden unit and the one bedroom, one bath carriage house. All three units have a very comfortable pull out couch. For those in good health, most everything in the city is within walking distance from this location. I should mention that there are a good amount of stairs for the main house and the unit over the garage, but the unit on the street level has none. All three units are connected by a street level garden terrace where we would congregate for coffee and drinks. The dining room in the main house was perfect for dinner and evening games for all of us. We enjoyed the riverboat cruise, the hop on hop off trolley tours and the many great restaurants. Zunibar always has great live music as many of the other restaurants and rooftop bars. And of course, we ladies all enjoyed shopping on River Street!!!
