One block from Savannah’s largest and most beloved green space, Forsyth Park, sits the charming Big Blue House. This historic home offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups of friends. The entire home is yours during your stay.

Please note: this is a century-old Savannah home, full of character and charm. It is not a luxury hotel, and with age comes quirks—including original features like old door knobs and sound that can travel—but that’s all part of the authentic Savannah experience.

Other Things to Note

We are dog-friendly and allow up to two dogs with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of dog hair on furniture, excessive hair on linens, or stains may result in additional cleaning charges. If a security deposit is collected, all or part may be retained to cover pet-related cleaning costs.

Because the home is over 100 years old and sound does carry, this property may not be a good fit for dogs that bark frequently.

Perfect for our girls weekend reunion

It’s a big beautiful house. We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs apartments. Six women. A bedroom for each of us. The house is well located, well appointed, great size. It does need a bit of TLC, but nothing that got in the way of our enjoying our experience.

The house is perfectly charming! It was very clean, the hosts provided more amenities than most others and they were very responsive.My only complaint (for lack of a better word) was the kitchen was a bit small for our party size. MINOR complaint!!!
