About this property

Ocean Village is one of the best kept secrets on the Florida coast. Our slice of Ocean Village paradise overlooks the 8th hole of a Par 3 golf course and features a "peek of the ocean" view. Located on the second floor (stair access, no elevator), this unit has vaulted ceilings that let in extra Florida sunshine! Our Golf Villa is in a premium location, and is just a two minute walk to the beach!

Staying in Ocean Village, you have access to the private beach, pools, grilling areas, clay and hard tennis courts, basketball courts shuffleboard courts, a gym, a library, a Tiki Bar, restaurant, and more!

**Please note: Starting June 20, 2022, there will be projects underway to enhance Ocean Village amenities. Please visit https://www.oceanvillage.com/ or contact us for up-to-date information regarding which amenity spaces are open.

PLEASE NOTE: THE MAIN POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIR, AND THE PICKLE BALL COURTS ARE CLOSED AS WELL. THE TIKI BAR REMAINS OPEN, AND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL POOLS AND TENNIS COURTS OPEN FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE AMENITIES, AND WE ARE HAPPY TO UPDATE YOU.

What sets our Golf Villa apart from other Ocean Village rentals is that my mom Kathleen is local and happy to assist with any special requests to make this your best stay ever. Additionally, Kathleen personally inspects the unit for cleanliness before your arrival.

During peak season (January 1 - April 15), the minimum stay is one month. During the off-season, we are flexible about the duration of the stay. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

Home away from home

Very good choice! - Très bon choix!

We spent 3 weeks in November. We are glad we chose Rebeca's condo for many reasons. It was very clean, spotless! It included everything you need if you like to cook. Beach chairs and umbrella were in perfect conditions. Rebeca gives attention to every little details, for example, making avalilable handy little flashlights for security reasons if you go walking on the property during the evening, which we enjoyed doing every day. Condo is centraly located. Rebeca is always available and quick to respond if you have any questions. The perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Ocean Village has to offer. Thanks to Rebeca.

Look no further

Our stay at this unit was beyond belief. Updated, extremely clean and well stocked. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The attention to detail was amazing. Kitchen had all you needed, Coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course (and sometimes hearing the waves crash) was a real treat. Communication with owners was immediate. Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Condo & Community

We have stayed at this condo many times and love it. The community has a beautiful executive golf course; an awesome beach & nice restaurants you can walk to. The condo is very comfortable, clean and has a great bed. The owner and her mother are very generous with personal touches. Its our beach heaven!

We are a mother-daughter team who love to walk the beach together. In 2018, we decided to purchase this lovely Ocean Village Golf Villa and run the rental property together. Ocean Village is our happy place, and we hope to make it yours as well!

We visited friends in Ocean Village a couple of times and loved that this community has so much to offer besides a beautiful private beach. With sports courts, pools, a Tiki Bar and restaurant, gym, and library, we had everything we needed on premises. Additionally, we live close to the property, so we know that we can offer our renters unparalleled service!
