You can’t get a better location! Just steps from the patio you can tee off down the fairway of the 1st hole of a 9-hole, beautifully maintained 27-par golf course. This course is free during off season and only $4 per person for in-season play (mid-December – week after Easter). Ten yards to the left of the condo you’ll find a putting green and six tennis courts. With just a two-minute stroll from your back door you'll find the beautiful, private beach for shelling, fishing and swimming, the main large heated pool with poolside tiki bar, nice Jacuzzi, shuffleboard, basketball, pickle ball, a fitness center, library, a 4-star restaurant, showers and sauna.

The Living Room has a super comfy sofa sleeper with new gel foam mattress topper for a cloud-like sleeping experience, a nice reclining chair, a coffee table, end table and 47’’ flat-screen, HDTV with cable channels. PLUS, you can access Netflix, HULU, HBO, ShowTime and other streaming content via an easy to use FireStick Streaming device. AND there is full apartment wide private High Speed Internet that is included. There are 4 bar stools and counter top “bar” at the kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner service.

The Master bedroom has a nice queen bed with a Beauty Rest mattress and new super plush, gel foam topper ensuring a restful night’s sleep. And for November, a NEW loveseat has been added that includes a twin sleeper with gel-foam mattress. Relax in comfort as you watch the 2nd flat-screen TV, read your favorite novel or simply enjoy the view from the large picture window. Plenty of storage is included allowing you to store your belongings in the large closet and NEW 7-drawer chest so you can put away your suitcases and relax like you're at home.

When you tired of eating out, enjoy cooking in your updated kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, cookware, coffee maker, crockpot, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils. The newly updated kitchen has an open concept overlooking the living room and the beautiful views out the sliding doors to the patio.

In the first hall closet you’ll find plenty of bath towels, pool towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and dish towels…all available for your use. In addition, we’ve purchased a high-end, super comfy air mattress that can be used for 2 extra guests allowing up to 7 people to sleep in comfort. The second, large hall closet provides plenty of space for additional storage of your clothing and personal items. BONUS: The hall closes off completely providing a private dressing area featuring a large vanity and sink separate from the bathroom.

For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels, umbrella, cooler or tennis rackets. We provide it all for you. My husband will even allow you the use of his well-used golf clubs if you don’t mind a little age and wear. Otherwise, the golf club pavilion is conveniently located just outside the unit where you can rent clubs for a small fee. Bring your bicycles or rent them from Lisa's Bike Rentals so you can ride to The Jetty for a bite to eat while listening to music or visiting one of the many restaurants and tikis with entertainment.

Hutchinson Island, Ft Pierce is about half way between Miami and Orlando. It's about an hour to West Palm Beach [suggested Airport] and 1hr 45 min to Disney. Do Disney - Universal - Cape Canaveral and be home the same day. Ocean Village is right between Stuart and Vero beach. About 15 miles either way.

The City of Ft Pierce boasts a beautifully restored downtown, with the Historic Sunrise Theater as the jewel of the town. We are famous for our Saturday morning Farmers' Market, offering the very freshest in local produce, specialty items, crafters and other vendors. Don't miss the wonderful baked goods offered by Importico's Bakery. There is a pretty scenic drive that runs along the water from Downtown Ft.Pierce, along the inlet, all the way down to Historic Downtown Stuart. You'll see a different side of Florida that is local and not over run with tourists. South of Ocean Village, on Hutchinson Island, there are miles and miles of unspoiled beach access.

BASEBALL FANS: Grapefruit League Baseball - Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps...In addition, once spring training ends in early April, the minor league affiliates of both teams (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) play a full season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites from April to mid-September.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: OCEANFRONT POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The oceanfront pool is currently under construction and is not expected to reopen until 2nd quarter 2024, however the tiki bar is still open as is the sunning deck. There are three other pools on site available for our guests. The Aruba pool and spa (our newest and really nice facility) are located to the left as you leave our parking lot, maybe a 5-minute walk, the Cayman Pool, and the Beech Tree pool.
