Glam Getaway Poolhouse Heated

Summary:
A lavishly furnished home with heated pool in the very heart of San Diego! Where all the shops and restaurants are new and the drive to Del Mar, La Jolla, Sea World, Zoo, Pacific Beach are 10 minutes away.
Lyft or Uber will arrive in 3 mins and you’ll always return to a warm heated pool year round.
This fantastic 4/2 has an open floor plan with full wall windows and french doors to the private backyard pool and patio. Chic furnishings complimented by charming large round dining table that seats 7+.
ALL cable too!

The Space:
The house is all single level inside and outside to the pool. Lots of light and fitful gorgeous original Rich Buchwald art in every room.

Guest Access:
Guests may access 100% of the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are very close to La Jolla, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach...10 mins on average. This is very central for everything that San Diego has to offer.
Even the wild animal park is just 30 mins away. There is also a wonderful community park in walking distance ...you can see it near you on the maps app....Olive Grove Park.

Getting Around:
You can walk, ride a bike or scooter to the nearby shops and restaurants.
For partying downtown I recommend Lyft or Uber...they hang out here in Clairemont because it’s central and typically arrive in 3 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
The pool cleaner comes on Monday & Friday. They will enter the backyard through a side gate.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available typically 8am until 11pm and live less than a mile away. I’m happy to bring over anything that will make your stay most comfortable from a cup of sugar to extra pack n plays.

Clean, quite and safe
The property was clean and located in a quite neighborhood. The property was easy to access and stocked with amenities. Pool was clean and warm. Spacious accommodation with 4 rooms and one private bathroom and one hallway bathroom.

Great Springbreak!
We finally got to leave the cold Midwest for the warmth of San Diego. The house was great and suited out needs for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids 10 and under). The house is clean, perfectly situated to all the attractions of SD and a heated pool in addition.

She sucks
She showed up at 12am banging on the door telling us to leave because we were “having a party.” There were less than 9 of us there and we were sitting on the couch playing games. She proceeds to come into the home and assaulted my friend and started yelling and cussing at us. We started filing a report against her, she’s crazy

Waste of money
Was supposed to check in at 1600, however, was given the wrong code to get into the home. Could not get in contact with the owner for almost an entire hour. Owner was the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered in California. House is not as big and nice as the pictures represent either.

The whole experience was amazing! Wonderful house, nice pool, everything you need was there. Will definitely come back
