Arabella is perfect for a family reunion. The host is very prompt with communication, and the caretaker is responsive to your needs and available. The pool is very well maintained and the water is replaced daily, the pool was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen and entertaining area is located downstairs near the pool, and is a great place for everyone to get together. The Karaoke is a lot of fun, and Arabella has a strict policy for guests to discontinue use of the Karaoke after 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the Resort property next door has no regard for noise, so you may be up all night as we were in our second night. Arabella property caretaker made an effort to quiet the home next door but was unsuccessful, we were up all night listening to an extremely loud party and Karaoke. The party lasted for about 36 hours. We stayed at Arabella for there nights; the first night there was manageable distant noise, the second night we were unable to sleep, and the last night was peaceful. My recommendation is to bring ear plugs, Arabella is worth it…
