Steps to all the excitement Old Naples has to offer: beach , pier, gourmet dining, shopping, art galleries, and farmer’s market on Saturday. Bike or walk to fishing charters at the City Dock, a fresh seafood market, and Naples Libray! Walk a short 6 blocks to more excitement on 5th Ave.
This property is very unique in that you are ensconced in all the lively energy but the lush landscape surrounding the property envelops you in quiet and serenity.
Our house and guest cottage were featured in the book Dreamhouses Historic Beach Homes and Cottages of Naples by Joie Wilson/Penny Taylor.

Perfect location for us and our dog!

Being able to bring our dog was a great convenience, the location was great with a park right out the back door! Not to mention the ease of getting to the beach, shops and eating.

Beautiful Location

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and walked everywhere: the beach (2 blocks away), historical Naples (2 blocks from the center) and downtown (4 blocks away). Great location, quiet space, excellent hospitality.

Perfect Naples location
