    No Airconditioning (yet?)

    Nice apartment with terrace and garden. Complete with large size fridge and everything you need for your stay. Received a nice bottle of Cremant at check-in. Apartment is new, nicely finished and clean. We stayed with a family of four. It is possible to stay with 6 people but space is limited, especially in the living room. When the weather is nice you spend most time on the terrace. Location is perfect. Walking distance from Colmar old center and many beautiful locations within 30 to 60 minute drive. Great location to explore the many sites of Alsace. One negative note: we found the apartment searching for accommodation with air-conditioning as the property is listed with air-conditioning. Upon arrival it turned out there is no air-conditioning. We had some days with 35 degrees Celsius so we really missed this!

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Colmar. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtkern entfernt und auch mit dem Auto kann man viel unternehmen in der Umgebung.

    Perfektes Haus!

    Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei gutem Wetter kann man den Grill und den großen Garten nutzen. Es ist am Stadtrand von Colmar gut gelegen. Zu empfehlen!!!

    Schöne Gartenwohnung für Familien zentral in Colmar

    Wir waren als Familie dort und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Gasgrill und einen eigenen kleinen Garten für die ausschließliche Benutzung der Feriengäste. Die Wohnung ist neu und top eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hochmodern. Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. Zum Empfang bekamen wir eine Flasche Crémant. Das Zentrum ist 10-15 Minuten entfernt und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

    Séjour plus que parfait !

    Séjour magnifique à Colmar ! L'appartement est neuf, très soigné et propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La Literie était très confortable. L'appartement convient parfaitement pour 5-6 personnes avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Il est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Colmar et dans un endroit très calme. Hôte très gentille et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous avons même eu le plaisir de découvrir une petite attention de sa part lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement !
