“Epic Daze” is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath cottage home with open living and dining spaces, clean and comfortable furnishings, tasteful coastal decor, private bed and bathroom suites with added storage, a balcony overlooking the community and so much more.
The updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, tiled flooring, counter height bar seating for 3 and dining space for 5 more with scenic lake views. The kitchen opens to the living room with plenty of seating for the whole family, a flat screen SMART TV, Blu-ray DVD and high-speed internet. A half bath off the living room with a stackable washer/dryer completes the main level.
Upstairs, featuring luxury wood-look plank flooring throughout, you will enjoy the 2 bedrooms, each with private baths. The KING master bedroom has balcony access along with a private bath (shower only) and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom offers a QUEEN bed with additional TWIN trundle daybed (sleeps 2) sleeping. This bedroom also has balcony access and a private bath (tub/shower combo).
The upstairs balcony offers views of the community, pool and hot tub, and lush beach landscaping.
Beach access, at the end of the road, is made easy with the supplied beach cart. A convenience store is located at the beach access entrance for any last-minute beach needs.

Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor
Bedroom 1: King bed with private bath (shower only), flat screen TV, and balcony access overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with additional daybed with trundle and private bath (shower/tub combo), balcony access overlooking the pool.

Welcome to the Bungalows at Seagrove! This charming community is located in Seagrove just steps to the pool and a short walk (5 min max) to the beach. 2 shared pools and a hot tub, beautiful, lush landscaping and neighborhood walkways. This cottage comes with 2 bikes included with your rental and an electric grill for your convenience. Within walking/biking distance, there are numerous award-winning restaurants like Cafe 30-A, Perfect Pig, Brozzini’s Pizza, Dough Sea Dough Donuts and Angelina’s. Or if you prefer to cook in, Goatfeathers Market is also walking distance for fresh seafood.
Come enjoy the white sand beaches and all that “Epic Daze” and 30-A have to offer!

Epic Daze was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked. Our week there in August 2022 was quiet—almost all the other condos had families, so no issues with nighttime noise. I liked the convenience of being in the middle of 30A. The closest beach access is technically a private beach, so you’re either renting chairs from the attendant at that beach or walking 200 yards to the other side of it. Not a major issue, but I couldn’t figure out how to order chair service before we arrived, and that was why.

Had a great stay at “Epic Daze” bungalow with the wife and kids. The pool was right outside the door. It was a convenient location to things in both directions. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and the two bikes available made for fun rides around the area. The place had every kitchen item you would need, including a blender. I would recommend this place for small families. It’s not a loud late night party atmosphere. It’s quite and kid friendly around the pool. By the way, Cafe 30A is excellent for dinner and very close. Sandpiper Property Management made checking in and out simple and quick. Thank you, Kevin

Awesome home, great decor and furnishings

Really enjoyed this home, it was very comfortable and had everything you would need. I stayed the month of February, and I found the house spacious and flexible. It is a short walk to the beach, and the 11 person hot tub was really enjoyable (and rarely used in February) Many of the neighbors were especially nice, and its a mixture of repeat vacationers and full time residents.

Fun Family Vacation

During such a stressful time in life with all the madness, we were so thankful to get away and enjoy time at the beach at this perfect little bungalow. Super clean, cute and close to the beach. We loved that the pool was right outside our door. We’ll definitely be back!

According to the Google Maps connection to the address from the hospitality app./email I was sent, it did not lead us directly to the house and we had to drive around for 15 minutes trying to find the place. The problem with this is that I did not have a number to be able to reach a live person and was afraid I was not gonna be able to find my place for a little while. I would have liked for there to have been an on-call person to answer any questions if there was an emergency and there wasn’t. After that little hiccup though, everything was wonderful and perfect and we definitely want to come back to that place.

CHARMING Bungalow!

We loved our stay at Epic Daze and could not say enough good things about it. The cottage is decorated very well and was very clean when we arrived. It is the perfect size for 2 couples. We enjoyed lounging by the community pool and walking to the beach every night to watch the sunset. The location of the community is perfect for a quiet get-away, but still an easy bike ride to so many restaurants and shops. The house even comes with 2 bikes! I highly recommend this cottage and will be back.
