House filled with charm with splendid view on the plain and the mountain.
It is located in the heart of the natural park, surrounded by cork oaks, olive trees, myrtle, arbutus, ...

Direct access to a very large beach located 4 km by a country road.
All services and shops, including 2 supermarkets, are less than 5 minutes by car.

Completely renovated, the house consists of a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso, ... living room with fireplace, TV with cable, bathroom double sink with shower (glass door) and toilet.

Upstairs, very large light room of 45 m2 with white painted floors and ceilings. Air conditioner. White open dresser. Double bed 160 cm + single bed Lattoflex 90 cm. A desk.
Private terrace not overlooked with bbq hard, chairs and teak table + chairs. Unobstructed view of mountain and plain. Outdoor shower.

Many activities in the area: swimming, water skiing, canyoning, canoeing and river, motorboat and sailboat, horse riding, mountain biking, quad, climbing, gliding and motor, ...
Beautiful sites a few minutes from the: Solenzara port, Solenzara valley, Bavella needles, ancient site of Aleria, oyster ponds of Diana and Urbino, rivers of hot water, mountain life with its shepherds and small villages ...
The start of the "mare A mare" trail that crosses Corsica from east to west is next to the house.
Ideal for lovers of nature and calm. No close neighbors and overlooked.

The nearest airport is Figari (65km) or Bastia (80km) with flights between other low-cost (Ryanair, Air Corsica, Jet Air, Volotea, ...). The boat crossing with the car is also very nice - see "Corsica Ferries".

The cleaning of the house is mandatory.

Vacances tranquilles

Chemin d accès très compliqué sans SUV ou 4x4, route dégradée et pleine de gros trous . Par contre la petite maison est située en face d une belle vallée avec une vue imprenable. Petit bémol la chambre à l étage est mansardée et il faut faire attention de ne pas se cogner la tête. La propriétaire Nancy est très sympathique ainsi que la personne de contact Gena. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances sur l île de beauté.

Très calme, vue superbe

Accès "rock and roll ". Un gîte très très bien équipé, très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse.... mais ne pas oublier de baisser la tête !!! Ça fait partie du charme de la maison... Nous recommandons cette location.

fijn vakantiehuis

Fijn huisje om in te verblijven met alles wat je nodig hebt. Eigenaar geeft van tevoren een fijne lijst met tips en leuke plekken om te bezoeken en is gedurende het verblijf indien nodig telefonisch te bereiken. Omgeving is mooi en er is genoeg te doen, als is het huisje zelf wel even zoeken. De locatie de de app aangaf klopte helemaal niet. Die eigenaar heeft wel een handige instructie gemaakt met foto's voor de route, helaas kwamen we hier pas best laat achter. Mocht je hiernaartoe gaan zorg dan vooral dat je de fotoinstructie gebruikt en niet de locatie van de app!

Séjour réussi.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un très beau temps, ce qui nous a permis de visiter les environs. Nous avons loué une voiture donc les déplacements ont été facilités.

Merci à vous pour votre commentaire. Il est vrai que le temps change tout lorsqu’on séjourne en Corse. La voiture est aussi un élément incontournable pour la découverte de cette île. Ainsi que pour circuler au départ de la maison - même si les magasins sont à 5-10 min en voiture. Wunderbarer Ausblick

Kleines, feines Häuschen mit allem was man für einen schönen, kurzen Urlaub braucht. Nancy (die Vermieterin) ist sehr nett...es gab sogar den schönsten Blumenstrauß der Welt und ein leckeres Baguette zur Begrüßung. Ansonsten war alles funktional und sauber. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön!

un endroit délicieux

charmante petite maison bien équipée dont le point fort est incontestablement le calme et la vue de la terrasse. un environnement à vous couper le souffle . La situation est egalement parfaite proche plage , randonnée et commerce . Un très grand merci à delphine pour son accueil très chaleureux et sympathique , merci aussi à Nancy pour tout ses bons conseils.
