Get a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Entrance/Equipped Kitchen, Living room with pull-down bed to optimize living space. A large bay window opens to the balcony with garden furniture. Shower room with sink and toilets. You also have a private underground garage (Please note that the basement garage has reduced dimension L=4,80m x l=2.10m x H=2.00m) with secure access via an automatic portal.
