Fantastic location but a bit of a scary drive. Saw bears every evening. Very clean and everything worked. Could just do with a little up dating as seemed quite tired. Would definitely recommend.
The place was a a nice quaint little stay. Accessibility to the building isn't the most handicap friendly and it is a bit out of the way up the side of the mountain but the view was amazing and the condo well taken care of both inside and outside. Great location to spot though to easily get down to Gatlinburg or hop on the Bypass and head to Pigeon Forge.
If your looking for a small place away from the crazy tourist areas, this place is great. It is small , but for a couple and maybe one small child it is perfect . Bears everywhere! The views were stunning. The host was easy to communicate with .
This was a nice little condo with a great view. Perfect for our stay. We saw bears every day. The road to get there is a little nerve wracking but most roads in the Tennessee mountains are the same.
We found the place to be clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with property owner. The pool, grill, and laundry are all a very short walk. The view from the balcony can’t be beat!
Comfortable beds, very important after a day of hiking. The pool was great for cooling off as it was pretty warm when we were there. The place had everything we needed, and two bathrooms were a big plus. Sitting outside on the small balcony was the best. At night we could see Gatlinburg all lit up...so pretty. During the day, the mountain view was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!
The condo was clean and well furnished. The A/C seemed like it was having a little bit of trouble cooling the condo (was a bit stuffy when we walked in) but eventually kicked in and was fine on the rest of our three day stay. WiFi seemed buggy at times but not a big deal. Nice scenic drive and others on the property were friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Will visit again.
As spur of the moment vacation was planned I found This lil gem. We loved our stay. It offered everything we needed. It was a wild ride up the mountain for us flat landers 🤣🤦🏼♀️ But was so worth it ! Only thing that bothered us was cleaning crew upstairs cleaning at like 6 in the morning . But could of been worse and still worth the trip ! Would gladly go back!
Room could be updated more and more storage for clothes would be better. But overall it was good. The view was beautiful and we saw a bear the first day we arrived. Bring extra towels if your family is staying here for more than a couple days. We never had any issues
This property is as pictured. Other than needing a few cosmetic touchups, the property is in good condition. The road going up to the Condo was a little more challenging than we realized especially at night with all the twists and turns. Parking was not an issue except for on one night when we came in a little late and had to park two buildings over. Easy key entry to the condo using the lock box. We did not use any of the amenities there including the kitchen as we were gone all day and ate out every night. We had a nice stay but may look for something a little closer to town next time.
We had a little trouble with the lock box where the key was at first, but I think it was just because it was dark in the hallway. The outside door closer cover fell off and about smacked me in the head so I just left it laying against the edge of the wall so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. The drive up the mountain was a little scary, but we got used to it pretty quick. The TV in the small bedroom didn't work at all and in looking at other reviews on the place it hasn't worked in over 2 years because other people talked about it too. What didn't make sense was that it was spectrum cable with a Motorola box with a spectrum remote control and a Vizio TV with a JVC remote control. No power to the box at all so I'm assuming the box is dead. Outside of that it was a cozy little place. We saw 4 bears on the second Nite from our balcony which was very cool. The best thing about this place is definitely the view. It's breathtaking. Drinking a cup of coffee watching the sun come up was the best. Our balcony faced east so the sun came up right in front of us which was amazing. I definitely would stay here again. The only reason why I listed the bad things is so the owner can fix these small little things, so others can enjoy the full experience. But all and all it's a great place to stay.
Five stars for the view—absolutely breathtaking. The condo sits high atop a mountain, offering spectacular vistas of the surrounding peaks. The drive up and down takes a little getting used to, but it’s part of the adventure. We even spotted a bear roaming nearby—it seemed like a regular in the neighborhood! The building itself is older, but perfectly functional. We chose to handwash our dishes, so we didn’t use the dishwasher. Note: the laundry facilities are located in a separate building.
Overall the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. it was easy to access the mountain view on our balcony was to die for. It was definitely out dated but for the price it wa great
