Studio configuration: It’s a large open-concept plan for social enjoyment. After separate guest bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, entrance opens to the queen bed, trunk coat closet with safe, and living room area with 55” smart TV (streaming Netflix included and other free channels), connected is the dining space (table for 6 guests) and the Marshall sound system, the balcony (with chair and table/stools to watch mountain views. An available​ room divider can be unfolded for space sectioning or privacy. The kitchen is separated by a large peninsula. Inside the kitchen are,​a there is an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, and combo washer/dryer, as well as cooking utensils, glasses, dinner and silverware. There are ceiling fans and one A/C for the ​ bedroom, dining/living room. The unit has Wi-Fi access with a dedicated router for personal use. An assortment of classical books and board games are also available.
Condo configuration: All of the above, plus a master bedroom with king size bed, mid-room extra-large luxury bathtub, 50” TV connected to streaming and Blu-ray player with DVDs. Separate shower, separate toilet, dressing room and closet.
