It is ideally situated in a, secure neighborhood containing many professionals are owned properties, approximately 100m inland from Karapitiya, Teaching Hospital, Faculty of Medicine You can reach to the Galle Town with in 10mints. Ideal for a Couples, Medical Students, Solo Travelers
Food delivery services are available from KFC, Pizza Hut & Local Restaurants. A branch of a famous Sri Lankan food chain P & S is located at a walking distance. You can go there for breakfast , lunch , & even for a snack .You can have traditional Sri Lankan rice & curry ,fried rice in a Chinese way at a fixed price. A live action vegetarian restaurant which is manage by government is also located at very closely .You can see how varies types of traditional Sri Lankan food are made.
All facilities including a kitchen with a refrigerator , gas cooker, toaster, microwave oven coffee /tea making facilities & basic utensils are available.
