The Emerald Estate welcomes you to its adjoining and individual lodgings, comfortable for a moment of relaxation, to be rented separately or together in a huge enclosed garden with trees. Heated swimming pool open from May to September, pétanque, ping pong table, basketball hoop, wooden house with slide, swing, children's games, trampoline.
Cottage for 5 people, with 2 bedrooms composed of a living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, (shower) and WC.
You will have at your disposal an individual terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, swimming pool shared by the 2 gĂźtes.
We are located on the edge of a lively village of bars and restaurants and its 40 km of superb sandy beaches.
Located in Angles near Conches and Tranche sur mer, 5 minutes by car from the beaches.
Close to all shops.
Tourist link ideal for lovers of the sea and nature, water sports, hiking, biking, fishing, golf and horse riding.
For the low season, the rental price does not include electricity, it is extra.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit sauberem Pool

Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Anlage, die aus insgesamt 2 Wohnungen besteht, die nebeneinander in einem GebĂ€ude untergebracht sind. Wir haben absolut nichts von unseren Nachbarn gehört, die WĂ€nde scheinen sehr schalldicht zu sein. Alles wirkt wie neu, die Einrichtung, das Haus, der Pool und die Gartenwege, ausserdem ist alles top gepflegt. Florian, der Besitzer, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, und ihm ist es wichtig, dass man ihn so gut wie nicht wahrnehmen kann (PrivatsphĂ€re). Jeden Tag reinigt er den Pool , auch wenn dieser nicht benutzt wurde, top. Der schöne Strand "Les Conches" ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht, direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Reitstall, den unsere Töchter gerne fĂŒr einen Ausritt genutzt haben (in LaufnĂ€he). Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

15 jours passé dans ce gßte agréable tant par son calme et le parc arboré avec goût et tous les équipements de jeux pour enfants et adultes. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout. Séjour trÚs agréable

Le gĂźte Ă©tait propre, la dĂ©coration soignĂ©e, la literie confortable, l'Ă©quipement Ă©tait en bon Ă©tat et suffisant dans l'ensemble (sauf pour la cuisine oĂč il manquait quelques Ă©lĂ©ments mais cela a Ă©tĂ© rapidement rĂ©glĂ©), renouvelĂ© rĂ©cemment pour une partie et mĂȘme gĂ©nĂ©reux pour la plage, les jeux, les livres... Le propriĂ©taire s'est montrĂ© sympathique, rĂ©actif et discret, pour notre plus grande satisfaction ! La piscine Ă©tait assez chaude, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e (chaises longues, parasols). Le cadre arborĂ© et verdoyant Ă©tait entretenu avec soin et trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  regarder. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme du gĂźte, trĂšs bien isolĂ© du bruit extĂ©rieur (ex. : quand il y a eu une fĂȘte familiale, exceptionnelle, toute proche) par des double-vitrages trĂšs efficaces et des murs assez isolants. Les plages que nous avons frĂ©quentĂ©es Ă©taient Ă  plus de 5 kms mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en explorer beaucoup. Nous recommandons cette location.

Le gite est parfait : trÚs bien équipé, assez spacieux, bien décoré. Surtout, nous avons apprécié la piscine et l'espace du parc arboré, équipé pour la pétanque, le ping-pong, les transats, bref, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.

Relaxing, pool and beach holiday

We had a lovely holiday staying at one of these well equipped clean gites. Private area with own bbq we used most nights. The heated pool and patio were so clean and safe. Lots of outside games on offer and parasols for the beach if needed. The local sandy beach was beautiful, lifeguards on duty and good waves for surfing or body boarding! We had a fab chilled week away. Thank you.
