Highland Cottage offers 2 queen beds, a sleep sofa in the Living Room, beautiful modern decor and is fully equipped for an upscale, yet cozy and comfortable stay. There is a spacious backyard with a patio and grill for your enjoyment.
There are 2 bicycles available for your use. Guests have told us, they love our space so much, they had to force themselves to venture out! Come enjoy Delray Beach at the most comfortable Accommodations in town.

A beautiful place to stay!

Very great house, which is quiet but still centrally located. Very nice and helpful contact with the landlords made our stay perfect. Delray Beach is a beautiful oasis for a relaxing beach holiday. Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful experience

A Gem in the heart of Delray Beach

Nikki and Marty are very gracious and responsive hosts. Highland Cottage is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The neighborhood is lovely - really enjoyed riding one of the bikes that the hosts provided. Everything you need is close by - groceries, beaches, entertainment and more. Always a wonderful stay at Highland Cottage!

My family and I have stayed at Highland Cottage numerous times. Each visit is amazing. The property is immaculate, everything needed is provided, the owners are responsive, and the location is perfection. Close to all the action of Atlantic Avenue, but quiet at night. The beach is within minutes of the property. Thank you Nikki and Marty for another fantastic visit!

Beautiful Highland Cottage

My Favorite Place To Stay

A beautiful, comfortable property, with all the necessary amenities. My two friends and I had ample space and could be as private or communal as we wanted. The owners were very gracious and responsive to our needs. Love, Love, Love them.

This house is just perfect ! Well located, clean, well furnished, nice decoration, bikes, garden furniture, bbq etc. The owners Nikki & Marty were very helpful for discovery restaurants or informations about Delray Beach. Wonderful stay in Delray Beach

Photos don’t do justice to this beautiful, immaculate cottage in a very pleasant neighbourhood minutes away from Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Ave. The interior cozy and spotless, well stocked condiments and cooking utensils, the bedrooms comfortable and tastefully decorated. Front and back landscaping professionally done and a treat to relax in. Owners close by and attentive to any questions . You will be lucky if you get a chance to stay in this jewel of a property.

We've rented several vacation homes and Highland Cottage is at the TOP of our list! Marty and Nikki made everything so easy from start to finish. The house itself is impeccable and we loved the neighborhood. It was very so quiet and private, but super easy to get to the beach or Atlantic Ave for some fun. Perfect all around. This cottage is amazing. It’s like a boutique hotel but you’re getting the entire house. I stayed at the cottage last week, and this cottage is a great value compared to a 5-star boutique hotel. The owners have spared no expense, and the attention to detail is very thoughtful. Bring a toothbrush and clothes and you can move right in! The location is fantastic: grocery store, great restaurants and shops nearby. You’re in the heart of beautiful Delray Beach and it’s lively nightlife. If you want quiet, the cottage is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from the nightlife. Perfect location for one to enjoy it all. The owners are nearby and they will be very helpful when needed. I will be booking it again!

Fantastic stay at Highland Cottage

We just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Highland Cottage, a clean and stylish yet very comfortable home. The lovely and super friendly owners live right next door, so they are easily available--we couldn’t figure out the 4 smart TV’s in the house until Marty gave us a lesson and contacted the cable company to have one TV reconnected. Nikki immediately sent over a contractor when the fire alarm beeped because a tiny lizard inside was disconnecting it—only in Florida! The house has a great fully equipped kitchen, and we really enjoyed cooking and eating in several nights. We loved relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful back yard which is fully furnished, has 2 umbrellas and a grill. The neighborhood is beautiful and is an easy walk to many fabulous restaurants. We even walked to gorgeous Delray Beach and to Atlantic Ave for lunch our first day- a 5 mile exploration of the area. Our stay was perfect and we hope to return to Highland Cottage someday. Do not hesitate to book this house!

HIGHLAND COTTAGE IS A GEM!!!!

Do not hesitate for one split second to book your stay at the Highland Cottage!! Nikki and Marty and the kindest, most considerate, and helpful hosts who have created a sanctuary of calm and beauty. The house is first and foremost CLEAN!! It is furnished tastefully and beautifully in a way that makes you feel welcome and happy and comfortable (plus 4 TV's). There were goodies to welcome us which was another special touch. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked like a charm. The outside area is inviting, clean and private. In the garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella, 2 bikes and washer/dryer. Marty & Nikki did a spectacular job making this house a home and trust me you will not want to leave. My daughter & I had an incredible week & will definitely return. Lastly, the location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to stores like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Don't wait to stay at the Highland Cottage..you will LOVE IT.

Vacation Rental Nightmare

What started out as a wonderful stay turned into a vacation rental nightmare story you read about. The owners cancelled our 30 day stay after 11 days, which was New Years Eve day . I was left to find new accommodations on the busiest day of the year with my 8 week old infant and service animal. The owners entered the property multiple times while I wasn’t present and provoked my service animal.They continued to discriminated against me and my service animal, even after VRBO got involved. To top it off they continue to harass me via email, text, and phone, calling from different numbers etc even after VRBO has completed its investigation. While the house is lovely the owners leave much to be desired.

Unfortunately this guest, Alexzandra, has an issue with the truth. There was never a breach of privacy. We did not and would never enter the home, while it is booked. Texts were done from both Marty and my phone, only in response to conversation. All photos of destruction by her service dog, were taken through the homes windows, from the outside, after the destruction. Unfortunately, we had to discover 5 days into the stay, that an undisclosed 100+ lb. service animal was in our home. Once we knew that VRBO allowed this, we were fine, as long as said animal was trained, as service animals are. Our neighbor on a walk, discovered the animal in our front window, sitting on the top of our sofa, with our window treatments shredded. VRBO agreed that we cancel the reservation and they would ask the guest to leave, to avoid further destruction. When guest left and we then entered the home, we were able to see all the destruction, including 2K of damages, in addition to many damages that we cannot repair and a backyard full of piles and piles of dogs feces. We have been so fortunate to have 100% perfect stays with our lovely guests until now. We are 5 star rated. We enjoy having a vacation home and hosting and hope that this guest will not destroy the homes of any other owners. This guest does not respect, or care about anyone's property.

This property is wonderful! Beautiful inside an out. The space is layed out well and filled with comfortable & stylish furnishings. The owners, Nikki and Marty have thought of every detail - just what you need for a relaxing vacation- comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, all the beach essentials (towels, chairs...), even bicycles! I find a lot of vrbo properties miss some of the things you may need, but not the case here. The linen closet is packed with tons of bath towels (folded and stacked perfectly!) and the closets had extra pillows and blankets. There were all the little things you need - hand soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, sponge, dish soap... In addition there were fun extras! The owners left us an assortment of welcoming treats that were thoroughly enjoyed. Fantastic location - quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. Nikki and Marty are great - they responded quickly to every question. Will definitely return to this beautiful home!
