Luxury Downtown Condo - Great Price - Amazing Location

The Off Center Condo is a beautiful luxury condo with everything you'll need to make your trip to Moab convenient and enjoyable. It's right downtown, only a block from the Visitor’s Center, restaurants, shopping, and everything else downtown Moab has to offer. We purchased it brand new and then carefully furnished and decorated it so you'll feel right at home. Check out our guest comments, we've had lots of happy guests so far!

This condo is on the second floor. It's perfect for a couple and can accommodate four people because it has a hide-a-bed couch. Comfortable leather furniture, Tiffany lamps, memory foam mattress, travertine shower, and high speed internet access make this a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Even on the busiest weekends it is a quiet retreat with a huge and beautifully xeriscaped backyard for your enjoyment. Off street parking in back can accommodate several cars, a jeep trailer, or a small motorhome or camper.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fully stocked pantry allow you to enjoy cooking a great meal; the downtown location means you can eat out whenever that suits you better. Fix your bike in the shade of our covered patio or light up the grill and lounge on the back yard deck when the day's activities are done.

We enjoyed how well appointed the property is. Everything we needed. Proximity to parks is great.Downtown has so many interesting shops and restaurants. We certainly would book again when in the area.

Excellent location! Off the main road (which is VERY noisy with 18-wheelers constantly rolling through). So it was very quiet. The apartment is very well equipped and easy walk to town-2 blocks. Only suggestion is to put a picture of the actual apartment as it is up a flight of stairs and may impact someone’s stay.

Best place to stay in Moab

You'll do no better than Off Center on Main for a centrally located, clean property with a comfortable bed and excellent, responsive property management rented at a fair price. Best place in Moab! We are repeat customers for well over a decade now.

A hidden gem in the cute part of town

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and artsy. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for a quiet place to recharge after long days of hiking in the sun. Walking distance to everything & it was all an easy, drama-free process. The only thing I would say is, the only bathroom is in the bedroom. It was perfect for a family of 3.

Road trip stay in Moab

My wife and I spent two nights here on a road trip through Colorado and Utah. The condo’s in a great location, close to restaurants and the main street. It’s very comfortable and clean with a well-stocked pantry. The owner has also provided plenty of information on the surrounding area which was helpful for us first-time visitors. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Moab.

This rental exceeded expectations! It's impeccably clean, loaded with amenities, and conveniently located near everything you need. Moab Get Away

I definitely enjoyed this clean and well stocked condo! It was on the top floor with lots of windows and natural light. Check in and out was easy. The condo had lots of kitchen gadgets and was well stocked for anything you might need. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom and towels were also really nice. I would definitely stay here again!

So comfortable!

My husband and I stayed in this sweet condo in Moab after being on the road for six weeks and in and out of a lot of other types of lodging. This condo, by far, was the most comfortable and convenient! The bed was super comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and the location was quiet and ideal affording us the ability to walk to multiple nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with the owner was flawless and I highly recommend this downtown condo!!

This unit is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Kitchen has everything you need. There are extra jackets, blankets. Very nice incase you forget something. It is only 1 block from main street, and far enough away it is not noisy. Private parking is nice, so you don't have to park on the street. Bike rack for your bikes and a cute back yard to have a bbq. LOVE this place

Birthday in Moab

Kel was a wonderful host and we had a fantastic stay in Moab on our first visit. We received quick communication on questions prior to booking and an amazing Word document full of recommendations from hiking, biking, restaurants and other activities. We also took highway 128 as suggested from Grand Junction for the scenic route and was it ever!! The condo is perfectly centered in downtown and so much to do within walking distance. Was very clean, well stocked and super cozy to come home to after chilly days hiking in the parks. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and I’ve shared with others without reservations.

Everything you need!

Loved the condo and the location. It is stocked with everything you would ever need! The bed and furniture are comfortable and decor is stylish. The unit was 84 degrees when we arrived, and the swamp cooler just couldn't cool it down to our comfort level. The cooler runs very loudly. Luckily, a storm came in and the weather cooled. This issue would not deter us from staying again. Kudos to the property owner!

We had an amazing stay. It’s a short walk from amazing restaurants and shops in the center of town. They really had everything we needed for our little summer getaway and with it only being a 15 minute drive from the Arches NP we had no shortage of fun activities. We are '60 somethings' from Boulder, Colorado. Kel manages rental property full time and Marc writes Community Wildfire Protection Plans. We went to Moab on our first date in the early 90's and we love it now more than ever!

Why they chose this property

Moab has been our favorite vacation destination since before we got married. We had been camping in Moab for years and we weren't planning to buy a condo the day we saw this one but one look was all it took. A friend had taken two apartments and turned them into beautiful condos with very high end finishes (hand plastered walls and marble countertops in Moab?). And the beautiful back yard was just a wonderful surprise. We have always loved to sit outdoors in the evening in Moab so we were thrilled to discover that we would have a place to do that comfortably with this condo. Being downtown cinched the deal and we bought this place on the spot.

What makes this property unique

Walking downtown for dinner is the best! Yet it's so quiet, there's no traffic or hotel noise in this neighborhood. Having the huge backyard makes us feel like we've got our own space, even though we're right in the middle of everything. We know you'll love it as much as we do!
