Luxury Downtown Condo - Great Price - Amazing Location

The Off Center Condo is a beautiful luxury condo with everything you'll need to make your trip to Moab convenient and enjoyable. It's right downtown, only a block from the Visitor’s Center, restaurants, shopping, and everything else downtown Moab has to offer. We purchased it brand new and then carefully furnished and decorated it so you'll feel right at home. Check out our guest comments, we've had lots of happy guests so far!

This condo is on the second floor. It's perfect for a couple and can accommodate four people because it has a hide-a-bed couch. Comfortable leather furniture, Tiffany lamps, memory foam mattress, travertine shower, and high speed internet access make this a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Even on the busiest weekends it is a quiet retreat with a huge and beautifully xeriscaped backyard for your enjoyment. Off street parking in back can accommodate several cars, a jeep trailer, or a small motorhome or camper.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fully stocked pantry allow you to enjoy cooking a great meal; the downtown location means you can eat out whenever that suits you better. Fix your bike in the shade of our covered patio or light up the grill and lounge on the back yard deck when the day's activities are done.

This condo was a perfect base for a long weekend of exploring and hiking around Moab with my teen daughter. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen (among the best of VRBOs we've experienced), and you cannot beat the location -- right in the heart of town, but very quiet and secure. The property manager is very responsive and cares about their guests' experience. We stayed here once before this visit, and will stay here again.

We loved our stay in Moab. The condo is so comfortable and beautifully furnished. There is so much attention to detail. It is just like being at home. The hosts provided a thorough information guide about the area. It was like having a travel guide from adventures to dining suggestions. It made advance planning much easier. On our last night we saw a shooting star as we were coming in. Every moment here was special.
Check out Twisted Jeeps. We had a trilling ride with Jeff. It was the best amusement ride of our life.

This was our second stay at the condo due to its ideal location for walking downtown as well as driving to hikes. We really appreciated that the hosts had thought through what guests need in the kitchen and throughout the condo. In particular, we loved the comfortable bed.

They really had everything we needed for our little summer getaway and with it only being a 15 minute drive from the Arches NP we had no shortage of fun activities. Excellent location! Off the main road (which is VERY noisy with 18-wheelers constantly rolling through). So it was very quiet. The apartment is very well equipped and easy walk to town-2 blocks. Only suggestion is to put a picture of the actual apartment as it is up a flight of stairs and may impact someone’s stay.

As others have said, the condo is a great place to stay whilst touring Moab. Everything you need!We are at 98 Center twice, great food and really friendly staff.If you want to mountain bike in Dead Horse the call Kenny at Bighorn bike rentals.

We are '60 somethings' from Boulder, Colorado. Kel manages rental property full time and Marc writes Community Wildfire Protection Plans. We went to Moab on our first date in the early 90's and we love it now more than ever!

Why they chose this property

Moab has been our favorite vacation destination since before we got married. We had been camping in Moab for years and we weren't planning to buy a condo the day we saw this one but one look was all it took. A friend had taken two apartments and turned them into beautiful condos with very high end finishes (hand plastered walls and marble countertops in Moab?). And the beautiful back yard was just a wonderful surprise. We have always loved to sit outdoors in the evening in Moab so we were thrilled to discover that we would have a place to do that comfortably with this condo. Being downtown cinched the deal and we bought this place on the spot.

What makes this property unique

Walking downtown for dinner is the best! Yet it's so quiet, there's no traffic or hotel noise in this neighborhood. Having the huge backyard makes us feel like we've got our own space, even though we're right in the middle of everything. We know you'll love it as much as we do!
