About this property

Aveyron country house with swimming pool

Country house completely renovated in 2015, located on the edge of a hamlet 5 minutes from shops and services.
Seasonal rental only.
Land of more than 1500 m2 in front of the house, view of the countryside. Parking in front of the house.
We welcome up to 8 people: on the 1st level living room of 35 m2 with sofa bed for 2 people + wood stove, independent kitchen of 15m2 fully equipped, 1 bedroom sleeping 2 pers. 140 bed with bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Covered terrace of 20 m2 in front of the entrance.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: the first 25m2 with 160cm bed and the second 15m2 with 140cm bed. Separate shower room from the 2 bedrooms with wc. Clearance of 25m2 between the 2 bedrooms which can be used as a play area for children.
Deposit of 400 € requested on arrival and cleaning deposit of 70 euros. Deposit required on booking 40%

Un agreable sejour au calme ,dans une maison tres bien amenagée et decorée avec gout ! Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants et tres a l'ecoute de leurs locataires . La region est magnifique avec ts ces beaux villages classés ou nous avons adoré nous promener ! Bien sur il ne faut pas oublier de gouter le fameux aligot saucisses , les tripoux , le confit de canard ....c delicieux ! Nous reviendrons

Le gite est vaste avec la possibilité de 8 couchages. L'endroit est calme. L'autoroute ne gène pas pour le repos et la vie au gite. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Le boucan de la RN88

Tres belle maison mais une indication manque à son descriptif : sa trop grande proximité avec la RN88 Rodez - Albi (4 voies avec terre plein central soit 110km/h) Pour les parisiens à qui manqueraient le bruit du périphérique.... Cela gache tout.
