This bountifully stocked townhouse has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Fajitas on Fiesta is located in the Casitas at Sienna Hills development-- close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs Conservation Area, and many other areas appealing to outdoor enthusiasts. The community has a large pool and hot tub heated year-round.

This town home boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed perfect for a couple or family. The 2nd bedroom upstairs contains two bunk beds and sleeps four. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress as well to accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms include closets, fresh linens, extra blankets, and everything you need to feel fully at home. The lower level floor plan is open-concept and has plenty of room for dining, cooking, or just overall relaxation. There is an outdoor patio set and grill for outside entertaining. Fajitas on Fiesta includes WIFI to accommodate all of your technology needs. There are three flat screen TV’s throughout the townhome. All TV’s are equipped with streaming devices and dish network satellite TV.

Fajitas on Fiesta Lane is equipped with all of the extras you need to enjoy a family or group vacation. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with all of the necessities to make gourmet meals. If you are traveling with kids, we have provided kid-friendly dishes, a pack and play, and board games that are fun for the entire family. Fajitas on Fiesta is equipped with pool toys, pool towels, and many other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

Great place for a family

We stayed for several days and had such a great time! Perfect for our young family. The house was fully stocked with all that we needed. The neighborhood was really nice and close to Zion. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Jeff was very responsive during our stay if we had any questions. Would love to go back!

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay…I was not able to get the garage code to ever work nor could we get the front door to lock using the code. Much of this probably could have been prevented by there being communication about the property. I received an email, which took me to the VRBO app and the brief instructions were listed. There was nothing personal about the rental whatsoever. No note from the owner, no greetings, no help on the inside of the unit to tell us odds and ends of things that most rentals do place for people visiting (suggested places to eat, things to do, identifying keys for pool, etc). The rental was not dirty when we arrived but it was not exactly clean either. The closet had extra sheets available however, they were not folded and fell from the top of the closet; the shower was not clean at all in the master bedroom. Things were just a bit messy. Again, no communication from any person about the rental, only info from the app.

Nice manager, location, pool. I really appreciated the access to toiletries and cleaning supplies, even though they dint require you to clean before to leave.

Good for the weekend

The check in was a little rough. We got there at 5 when the check in was supposed to be, but the cleaner was still there so we had to wait 20 mins in the garage while it was raining. When we got inside all throughout the night we were finding kid toys, crayons, little plastic balls in the living room, on the couches. I am glad we found them and the dogs did not eat them first. Other than that, the rest of the stay was great, clean bathrooms, towels and sheets! The host was accommodating to our needs!

One week stay

We loved it, it was great for us. Close to the pool, great location. House was super clean. Check in and out was super easy. We didn’t have to do much cleaning. A couple of the down sides, the amenities listed soap and shampoo, but only one bathroom had 1 little hotel shampoo and a bar of soap. The other bathroom didn’t have anything at all. There were 12 of us for 6 nights so a little hotel shampoo was not gonna last us the week. So we did have to go buy some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, there were not enough bath towels. The listing says sleeps 12, but there were only 6 bath towels. There were 3 in each bathroom upstairs. There were enough pool towels, but a lot of us had to share bath towels. Those were the only things I’d say were a bit of an inconvenience.

We've always enjoyed vacationing together as a family and when we saw an opportunity to purchase a vacation rental in St. George we jumped at the chance! We've been going to Southern Utah for years to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City; to be more exact since 1989! We've experienced so much enjoyment out of visiting Southern Utah with hiking, biking, and relaxing at Sand Hollow reservoir. We're Utah and Idaho natives and have always enjoyed a little escape from the cold during winter in Salt Lake. We hope you enjoy staying at Fajitas on Fiesta Lane!

We appreciated the space, layout, and location of Fajitas on Fiesta Lane. This townhouse could accommodate our entire family and has a layout that is fantastic for groups. This property is located in Washington Utah just minutes to downtown St. George. The property is extremely close to freeway access. Fajitas on Fiesta Lane is situation within an area where you can walk to hiking trails or bike right from the property. Fajitas is also not far from Zion, Bryce, and many other amazing national parks.
