Gulf Front on your very own private beach

New for 2021 season. Custom everything. All new modern design, all new furnishings. All new appliances.
Also comes with complimentary bikes, discounted beach chair and umbrellas rentals!Keurig Coffee Makers, Lovesac furnishings, and more!
This can be rented as a two or a four bedroom, rent one side, or both top units, or both bottom units,.
The property is a 2BR, 2BA unit in a 4-plex building. There are other two units, on the West side lower & upper level unit on the side of the building is the Western side. This is a non-smoking property Full cable TV, and wireless internet with Smart TV's so you can stream your favorite channels, and programs.

As you arrive (see photo) this building looks like a large house, but it is actually 4 units, the unit in the photos is on the left half of the building (east) as you drive in, lower level unit. The building is elevated above the dunes so each unit has a great view. This unit is on the second level. Awesome views of the private beach, and the water. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

To reserve and get the dates that you want, you will have to book early, this property will book for the season quickly.

Dog friendly ***a non-refundable pet deposit is required***
Dogs accepted with an additional $375 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.

This is a extremely popular location with a private beach, and have additional beach gear to use, paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes that are prefect for the 17 mile long bike path.

Beach set up 2 chairs for only $100, that price can't be beat the regular price is $225.00

Great place to vacation!

Fun, great location,

We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to walk right out onto the beach was fantastic. The oversized deck was really nice, and location is very central to many day trip exploring fun if the weather is a little bad. Thank you so much!

The beach is a private beach just for this property, it's like owning your own piece of paradise for a week. The location is perfect, just far enough away from everything, but yet close to all of the essentials, restaurants, shopping, and just between, Rosemary beach, and Seaside. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! We loved being in a private beach with access to rental equipment that was set up for us everyday without having to wait in any lines.The home needs work, though! I know they just recently purchased it and undergoing updates. Here are the areas we noted as needing work:1. The shelf above the bathroom is not sturdy.2. There are no hooks to hang towels for drying.3. The lower rentals get sanded on, when people are upstairs.4. The keys don’t work; had to use the key code.5. The WiFi name on the paperwork isn’t accurate. It says the network name is CHIVAS DUPLEX (EAST), but it’s actually OCEAN AIR.6. There wasn’t a trash can in the bathroom.7. Knowing we need to bring our own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) and cleaning products (dish soap) would be good information to have before arriving.8. Light switch labels would be fantastic; there are SO many of them!9. Shave off the cabinet hardware screws. I caught my arm on one that wasn’t taped off & gave me a nasty scratch.10. Cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job. There was a used feminine product in the toilet brush holder of the hallway bathroom. Makeup on the wall and door. Big dust balls on the floor; we found at least 4. Food in the dining room chairs.

We publish a list, that is emailed to all guest, of, "what is supplied", this property is under going major upgrades. The owner just recently changed the internet access, and network which is also printed in the guest check in packet, as well as emailed.

Coming to the beach for more than 30yrs has always required great beach and great internet. Refrigerator was dirty when we arrived, rest of the place was clean.

Unfortunately, we only have the option of one internet provider, their network infrastructure is being improved, but still suffers some lag, due to the effects of hurricane Michael. Disappointing Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an owner of several vacation rentals myself, I am very familiar with what makes a rental comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this fell way short of either. Let me start by saying that the location directly on the beach was fantastic. However, that’s where the positives stop. There were several issues that were either not disclosed in the description of the property or not accurately described. First, the property is currently under construction, which we was not disclosed. Second, although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower in the condo. This information was not clearly provided in the description. Third, this is not a private beach, as the description says. There is a massive condo complex right next door, as well as the public beach access. The beach in front of the property was completely covered by 8am each morning. We had nowhere to sit, unless we took our chairs down to mark a spot at 7am. Further, we did not see a chair rental service person the entire week we were there. As far as the actual unit, it was quite dirty with dust covering the fan blades and the HVAC returns. There were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher and sand on the floor. The porch furniture was so rusted that we were afraid to use it for fear that it would break. In addition, any time it rained we had to catch leaking water in buckets. The property was poorly supplied. In my properties, guests have enough supplies to last for at least a week - plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, coffee filters, toiletries, etc. in this property there was 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There were no cleaning supplies whatsoever - not even a sponge or brush for the sink, no broom and no toiletries at all. I never understand why properties run by these big commercial property managers skimp on supplies. It doesn’t cost but a few dollars extra to supply a cond

Everything was disclosed, in writing, and the guest signed, stating you read, and understood, this review/complaint is absolutely frivolous, and ridiculous. The beach is a private beach to this property, the photos are 100% accurate, showing bathrooms, with one tub, one shower. The property was inspected prior to the guest arrival, it was not saandy, dishes were not dirty left in the dishwasher. Due to the Florida law, "Customary Use', anyone can legally use the wet sand area of any beach within the state of Florida.

Great week at the beach

This house on the beach is great location. The inside could use a bit of updating - No shower in master bathroom (only jacuzzi tub) being main issue. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor covered deck was really nice for shade and sitting during a rain storm. Overall a very good beach house. Loved there being no keys, just door codes. Quiet neighborhood with good walking. Would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family vacations together (24 adults/children). The perfect place for our get together. Plenty of room and right on the beach. Our children and their children say it is the best week of the year. A GREAT PLACE!

Terrific location great Gulf view

The building itself is older but well maintained. Beach access is steps way, and clean. We enjoyed our winter stay January through March in Lower East unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and beautiful. It met all of our space and privacy needs. But the condo needs a GOOD deep clean. Then entry way up the stairs the carpet is very dirty as are the wall. Then ALL of the door handles and doors wher people put their hands to open and close were black and dirty dirty dirty. I bought a mop and mopped all the floors as we had a crawling baby with us. The carpet was so dirty we drug it outside and left it on the patio for the entire time. Then I had to pay a cleaning fee. Your cleaners are not doing a good job.

There were a few things we needed upon arrival, but the property managers were able to help us out right away! My only complaint was there was no grill- I had really been looking forward to grilling all our meals, and had to completely change our menu and shopping list!

Having private beach area allows so much more room for your family to enjoy time together on the beach. You can see how crowded the condos are next door, but we were able to spread out, kids played soccer on the beach, built sandcastles, and just had tons of fun! The unit itself was clean and had most everything we needed. It would be nice if maybe there were some books/puzzles/games or something for the stray pop up rain storm that occurs at the beach, but we came prepared and brought our own. We actually met the owner of the home this time and they were super nice! We plan on scheduling another visit for next summer!!

Beach Getaway

Weather was great. The Steamboat Grill was absolutely fantastic food and wonderful staff. Perfect rental on the beach ! Only wished we had longer to stay.
