2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom (2nd bedroom and bath is attached studio) at Grand Timber Lodge - a five-star resort with ski-in/ski-out access to/from Peaks 8 and 9 Breckenridge, Colorado. ** Only Available December 25th, 2021 - January 1st, 2022**
This is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit at Grand Timber Lodge. There is a master bedroom with master bath and a studio that serves as the 2nd bedroom with one queen bed, one memory foam queen pull out, and full bathroom. There is an additional queen memory foam pull out in the living room to alert a total 8 people total in the unit. The unit has all the amenities; a kitchen with everything you’ ll need, a fireplace, TV with DVD player in each room, a deep jet bathtub in the master bedroom and a balcony. There is also a spacious living room. Grand Timber Lodge is located just three blocks from downtown Breckenridge. The time share is floating arrangement. This means that it is not always the same condo year to year but it is always a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. All the units are very similar. The pictures I have for the ad are from several different 2 bedroom units.
There is free shuttle service from the lodge to downtown that runs until 11 PM. The resort also features a restaurant, ski shop, secured indoor parking, video arcade, two indoor/outdoor pools, two indoor and three large outdoor hot tubs, a bar in the main lodge with a pool table, large TV, and spacious sitting area. An on-site concierge service is available to help arrange your daily activities during this prime time holiday and ski week. The ski area now has 5 peaks to accommodate skiers of all abilities. Peak 6 just opened the 2013-14 ski seasons. You can go up to 12,800 feet on the Imperial lift at the top of peak 8, the highest lift in North America and gain access to Peak 7 and Peak 6. Grand Timber is located between Peaks 8 and 9.
