This two bedroom, one bath with eat in kitchen, living room with flat screen tv and laundry room with full size washer and dryer is on the first floor of a duplex. There is a front porch, front yard, driveway and back yard situated in a quiet neighborhood. This home is approximately 1 1/4 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the bay. It is within walking distance to several local restaurants, sundry shops, ice cream parlor, market and the famous Laguna Rum Bar. A five minute Uber will get to the Atlantic City casinos for your late night entertainment at the Borgata, Harrahs, Ocean Resort and HardRock Hotel and Casino.
