Santa Barbara model overlooking a Mediterranean semi private pool. This lovely townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with attached garage on a highly desirable quad in prestigious LELY Resort. Impeccably decorated and boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, all new kitchen dishes/utensils/ Tommy Bahama comforters and formal dining and living rooms for gracious entertaining. Private deck off of Master bedroom with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Semi-private pool behind home shared by only a limited number of other quad homes so you get access to TWO pools unlike some other rentals in Ole!! 3 minute walk to Ole Village Center with additional resort style pool, bistro, pub, movie theater, and state of the art fitness center. Golfing available nearby in Lely Resort. Marco Island and Naples beaches a short drive away. Resort community pool offers food and drink service pool side in season. Resort style living at its best! Renter will be required to sign lease with owner and per HOA rules will be subject to background check at a separate cost of $150 payable to Ole and not included in the fees noted herein. Minimum rental 30 days. Please note that this is not a handicapped accessible property and is not child proofed. Please consider ambulatory issues for you or members of your party since the Unit contains stairs.

Paradise for a month

This was a spacious and very well equipped rental with kitchen items, bikes, coolers, and beach chairs. The property owner, Aileen, was very responsive, easy to work with, and provided helpful information. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the private pool steps from the unit as well the gorgeous community pool with pool side service. The grounds are immaculately kept. They even have a movie theater and pub on the grounds. This unit was beautiful and we would stay here again.
