Ground floor, kitchen, dining room, large living room opening onto a large terrace overlooking the Loire and the flower garden. Wc. Laundry. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 16m2 with 2 beds in 90, bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet. Electric heating (extra beyond 8 KwH / day. Garden (fenced) and common portico with another location - parking lot.
