At 10 meters from the Loire and 500 meters from the city center and market, the GR3, 80m2 house in old wine house, completely renovated. Ground floor, kitchen, dining room, large living room opening onto a large terrace overlooking the Loire and the flower garden. Wc. Laundry. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 16m2 with 2 beds in 90, bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet. Electric heating (extra beyond 8 KwH / day. Garden (fenced) and common portico with another location - parking lot.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhäuschen war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man braucht. Schön, dass auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist und man so auch mal was waschen und auf der Terrasse zum Trocknen aufhängen kann.Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig am Rande des Ortes.Ich persönlich hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten mit den Stufen zum Bad, da dort leider kein Griff oder Geländer vorhanden ist, um sich festzuhalten. Also für Menschen mit Knie- und Rückenproblemen so wie ich sie momentan habe, ist es etwas schwierig (aber machbar). Die Treppen hoch in die 1. Etage waren kein Problem. Wir hatten etwas Ärger mit zu vielen Ameisen, konnten das Problem aber mit Hilfe der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin schnell lösen. Aber so ist es nun mal "auf dem Land". Ich sehe dies nicht als Makel an und würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour

Accueil chaleureux, maison agréable et spacieuse, bien équipée. Malgré la canicule, nous avons pu bénéficier de la fraîcheur grâce aux murs très épais. Emplacement qui correspondait bien à nos attentes, à la fois près de l'eau, à proximité du bourg et proche de départ de promenades.

Nice, well equipped gite on the edge of a quiet small town

Comfortable, well equipped gite. Not quite overlooking the Loire. Wifi dodgy. On the edge of a small town (10 minutes walk to centre), where all the essentials are available. Supermakets about 5 mins drive. A few restaurants and bars in the town, but not a lot else. Wider area is ok, with few diversions.

Somos una familia de Barcelona (con dos hijos) que hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones. La casa está muy bien acondicionada, cómoda y amplia. Bien restaurada y bien equipada. El pueblo de Chalonnes-sur -loire dispone de todo lo necesario, y está bastante bien situado para visitar toda la zona. El trato con la propietaria fue muy correcto y agradable. Todo muy satisfactorio!
