On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. ​​​​​​​This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.
