House located on large private plot at the back, does not give directly on the road which in fact is a dead end that leads to the dune to go to the beach or the forest with bike paths 150m and 700m ducentre town ,, west terrace with BBQ garden furniture, barbecue loungers, 2 umbrellas.

Pas pour 6 personnes !!!

La « maison » est annoncée pour 6 mais le canapé n’a que 3 places !! Les autres ont pris des chaises... devant une télévision miniature. Le « point wifi » est commun et dans la maison voisine. Terrasse exiguë et seulement séparée de celle des voisins par une haie. Grande proximité !

Agreable et fonctionnelle, proche plage

Propriete sympa, gestion simple et facile avec la proprietaire. Recuperation des cautions sans problemes a la fin. Terrasse intime, petite mais suffisante pour manger a 6, trop proche des voisins.

Super Séjour

Maison pittoresque et pleine de charme au pied de la dune, à quelques pas de la plage et de la forêt. Excellent séjour ! Un vrai havre de paix. Et un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Une excellente adresse. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon emplacement proche de la plage

Petit coin tranquille pour des vacances familiales avec un animal (jardin clos). Le plus : un parking privatif. Plage idéalement proche. Commerces à proximité. Bon accueil.

Bonne prestation et idéalement située

Très heureux de notre séjour à Mimizan en famille. La maison est idéalement située : proximité de la mer, de la ville et des pins ! Tout se fait à pied. Les enfants et les parents ont apprécié les vacances "sans" voiture. On a aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme de la rue et du voisinage. La maison en soit est facile à vivre (nous étions 5) et le confort des 2 salles de bain est appréciable. Si j'avais une suggestion à faire, serait de proposer un abris voiture. Merci pour l'accueil et le rapport qualité / prix.
