The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, which both bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The living room is equipped with a 39" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile in the common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
