Located in a private residence with caretaker and communal swimming pool, this renovated holiday home is 8 minutes walk from the beautiful Benoit Beach in La Baule, in the neighborhood of large hotels.

The house consists of:

Nous avons profité d'une belle semaine d'arrière saison. L'accueil a été très agréable. La location est un peu ancienne mais il y a tout le nécessaire.Elle est parfaitement située pour découvrir le secteur.

Kleines aber nettes, sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool

Ruhig, entspannend, sehr schöner Pool, Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Uns hat nur die fehlende Toilette im OG gestört, da die Treppe (gerade nachts) etwas unangenehm weil steil ist. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin lief stets super, und auch der Empfang am Haus vom Concierge war gut und freundlich.

Séjour très agréable avec toutes les commodités et les équipements nécessaires à disposition

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison où tout est disponible pour être comme à la maison. La localisation est centrale et le calme de la résidence est un plus (en tout cas hors saison). Une mention spéciale pour la plaque induction. Toller Urlaub im wunderschönen La Baule

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar ein Induktionsherd) in der selbst kochen Spaß macht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen großen Pool. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sehr entspannt im Garten liegen konnte.... Die Vermieterin und der Service waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub :-)

Belle petite maison

Nous avons été bien accueillis, et nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année. La cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui est un vrai plus… Nous avons aussi apprécié le grand canapé confortable, le wifi, le prêt de vélos, le calme de la résidence et la proximité de la plage et du port du Pouliguen. Nous reviendrons !

Maison cosy et bien équipée

Nous avons vraiment aimé ce séjour. La maison est bien pensée et bien équipée : micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, wifi… La décoration est moderne et le logement était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Le fait d'avoir un petit jardin est un vrai plus pour manger dehors et nous avons apprécié les canapés extérieurs. La résidence est agréable et très calme, c'est appréciable. Il y a une place de parking réservée, mais nous avons peu utilisé la voiture car la plage est proche. Pour les courses, nous recommandons le marché du Pouliguen, avec de bons produits frais.

Compact & Bijou

We enjoyed our stay very much however I have a couple of points I would like to raise. On entering the garden I was very disappointed how uninviting it looked. What was supposed to be grass was just over grown weeds which hadn't even been trimmed. The hedges were over grown & bare & the small patio area was covered in debris & had not been swept. The furniture had not been washed down & was dirty. I felt that no one had taken time to prepare this for our arrival. I would suggest that the property would benefit from a fan especially in the main bedroom as this was so hot at night. The visitors book apart from the wifi instructions was in French. Unfortunately we do not speak French. I would suggest that there is an English version as well. No instructions were left on how to operate the TV or dishwasher or maybe this was in French in the visitors book?. Thanks

Thanks for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay very much. I take note of your remarks about the garden and I will be especially vigilant. In general, the garden is very popular with holidaymakers. There are indeed pine needles on the lawn and the terrace, because there is a beautiful maritime pine, typical of the region. There is no fan in the house, because in Brittany it is very rare that it is so hot. The temperatures during your stay were exceptional... About the visitors book in English, it is a good idea, and I am going to prepare it.

petite maison idéalement située au calme et près des commerces

La pièce à vivre est agréable mais à l'étage les surfaces de la chambre avec grand lit et de la salle de bains sont un peu justes. Petit bémol à l'arrivée, il faisait très froid (manque un radiateur dans la salle de bains) et il y avait de la poussière dans les placards et commodes des chambres. Nous avons passé néanmoins un bon séjour au calme et nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer ce bien pour quelques jours.

A l’avenir, nous demanderons à ce que le chauffage soit allumé un peu avant l’arrivée des vacanciers s’il fait froid. La maison est facile et rapide à chauffer, cela ne devrait donc plus poser de problèmes…

Perfect getaway!!

This is a fabulous little house, well equipped and with great facilities. It was an added bonus finding bikes in the shed!! A great location, ideally situated between La Baule and Le Pouligieun. The pool was lovely and only a few steps away, parking right outside the house so great for unloading the car. Next to the cycle path and close to the prom. We had a wonderful stay, found it very peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and safe with the electric gated entrance. Highly recommend, can't wait to got go back!!!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un moment de vacances bien agréable dans ce logement refait à neuf, très confortable et avec un look actuel ! Un rayon de soleil, et vous en profitez immédiatement dans les fauteuils du petit jardinet… La résidence est calme et sécurisée. La situation géographique est privilégiée : proche de la plage à pied, proche des animations de La Baule grâce aux vélos mis à disposition. Une bonne adresse à garder, nous y retournerons sûrement.
