Great House

The house is as described in a nice calm village area. Little pool to cool your body - short drive distance (5min) to the great beach. The beds are only 1,40m wide (better to know upfront) and one room with two single beds. We can recommend this house for sure for the next stay in this area. Thank you to Alain and his family to be their guests for one week on short notice.

Relaxing family stay

We had a great relaxing time at Loutjis Ayriaou. Alain was super helpful and the check in/out process was welcoming and easy. Loutjis Ayriaou has everything you need and was very clean. The host left us a lovely welcoming gift (including coffee!) which was a nice touch. We spend most days relaxing by the pool after a run/cycle in the morning. The kitchen and outside cooking facilities are excellent for easy meal prep. There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas from village markets, paddling on Lake Leon and visiting beaches plus a great restaurant within walking distance. Thank you Alain for your hospitality, we won't hesitate going back to Loutjis Ayriaou.

A FIRST CLASS PROPERTY

If you are looking for a most wonderful break, I would say that you have found it here. This property is about 2 years old and has everything you could possibly wish for if it is this area of France you are looking for. The house itself has everything you need for a holiday break and it is exceptionally clean throughout. The area is good for food, beach activities, walking and just relaxing. If you just wist to relax in the property the swimming pool is brilliant. We stayed with our dog (Basil) and the garden is completely fenced in , so completely safe to leave the dog playing in the garden We met the owners and they are very nice, charming people Richard and Eileen SAMS and Basil

Rundum schön

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern 14 Tage in diesem schönen und sauberen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist genau so, wie die Bilder es darstellen. Pool und Sommerküche sind zwei wirkliche Highlights, das Haus und die tolle Atlantik-Umgebung machen einem das Wohlfühlen leicht, es war ein toller Urlaub. Und eine Eisdiele ist auch fußläufig :)

Wundervoll

Es war ein besonderes Haus und eine schöne Umgebung. Ein grosses Grundstück mit schönen Bäumen und komplett eingezäunt. In der Gegend lauter Bungalows und gute Möglichkeiten zu laufen. Insgesamt ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Im Haus alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Fahrräder und ein toller pool und eine Aussenküche. Ein Badezimmer zum genießen. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Een aangenaam vakantiehuis.

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf van 1 week. Vlotte check in en check out. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Net en verzorgd interieur. Een zwembad van 4m op 4m is wel wat klein, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Een gebrek aan privacy in de tuin en aan de overdekte buiten eetplaats is een minpunt. Algemeen toch een aangenaam vakantiehuis.

Super Sommerferien in einem tollem Haus

Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Lage für uns optimal ... nicht weit zum Strand und zum See. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne erholsame Urlaubswochen hier verbracht und werden direkt wieder für das nächste Jahr buchen. Wir haben selten eine so tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erlebt; alleine deswegen würden wir dasHaus jedem empfehlen. Sehr zu empfehlen - tolles Haus!

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt und obwohl wir bisher nirgendwo 2x gebucht haben, planen wir hier bereits einen 2. Urlaub… Das Haus ist absolut sauber, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, liegt ruhig und perfekt für Ausflüge! Es hat eine tolle Sonnenausrichtung (Terrasse und Pool) und bietet gleichzeitig ausreichend Schatten. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat unseren Kindern zum Volleyballspiel und dem Hund zum Toben sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert unkompliziert, sehr schnell und sehr sympathisch - und glücklicherweise auch auf englisch. Einfach TOP und empfehlenswert!

Agreable sejour

Séjour assez court. Maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée mais réel manque de serviettes de toilette (1 par personne est vraiment trop juste pour corps et visage surtout quand l’humidité ne permet pas de sécher vite) et les lits sont trop étroits. Le jardin est agréable et bien entretenu mais impression d’être dans la rue par manque de haies protectrices (côte portillon). On est visibles de la rue qu’on soit dans la piscine, le jardin ou la salle à manger d’été. Dommage. Proximité des commerces, forêt et plages appréciable. Communication avec le propriétaire vraiment sympathique et informations/documentation très fournies. Accueil correct par société de ménage. A ce propos, vous payez le forfait nettoyage mais le coup de balai dans toute la maison est demandé! Le document « incivilité » nous a choqué. Prévoir votre arrivée à 17h et votre départ au plus tard à 9:30 ce qui raccourcit le séjour cause enchaînement des locations! Content du séjour mais un peu déçus quand même!

Eine schöne Woche in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus

Wir haben in dem Haus eine schöne Woche mit fünf Personen und Hund verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insbesondere die Plancha, der gepflegte Pool und der große eingezäunte Garten waren Highlights. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Ausflüge nach Biarritz, Bayonne und Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Kurzum: Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Merveilleux weekend pascal

Superbe maison tres propre et vaste sur un beau terrain arboré. La maison est tres bien équipée et en guise de bienvenu, la famille Aurel vous offre qq produits du terroir . Schöne Sommerferien

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen sehr schönen großen Garten. Unser Hund konnte darin toben. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Plancha draußen ist für Fischfans ein Traum. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Viele Strände und andere Aktivitäten (Kletterpark) sind gut zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Leon. Es lässt sich dort ein sehr entspannter und schöner Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen. Jederzeit wieder!

Entspannung pur in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Der Kontakt zu Allain Raulet als Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und freundschaftlich. Er ist sehr interessiert, dass der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist und es einem an nichts fehlt. Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Bildern, ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlt bei der Ausstattung an nichts. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig am Ende einer Anwohnerstraße. Das Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Grundstück ist für Urlaub mit Hund sehr geeignet, da es komplett eingezäumt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in Les Landes.

Ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus

Wir waren in den Osterferien 2022 mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden in diesem wirklich tollen Ferienhaus und hatten dort einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Die Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet und bildet das Zentrum und Herz der Wohnung. Hier haben wir oft gemeinsam gekocht und anschließend an dem großen Tisch gegessen. Für Hunde ist das Grundstück toll geeignet, da es komplett umzäunt ist und genügend Platz für Auslauf bleibt. In der Nachbarschaft sind weitere Ferienwohnungen und es ist angenehm ruhig. Draußen gibt es eine schöne Außenküche und den beheizten Pool haben zumindest unsere erwachsenen Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man sowohl weitläufige und einsame Strände, als auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich den See völlig problemlos innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Insgesamt waren wir also wirklich begeistert und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier noch einmal unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wunderschönes Haus an guter Lage

In diesem modernen, neuen Haus fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist hell und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt zwei Betten à je 140 cm oder 160 cm? Breite. Das ist gut so, denn so konnte jeder von uns (erwachsene Person) je ein grosses Bett geniessen. Für zwei erwachsene Personen ein solch schmales Bett zu teilen, finde ich etwas eng.

Super maison conviviale

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Les environ regorgent d’activités, et de bons commerce sur Léon à 5 minutes. Le quartier est calme. La maison en elle même est très conviviale, très bien équipée et moderne. Les petits plus qui font donc charme sont la cuisine d’été avec son bar, sa belle plancha, son évier et son réfrigérateurs, le tout abrité du soleil ou des intempéries. Belle table dehors abritée également. Nous avons également apprécié le poêle lors de notre séjour à la Toussaint. Nous recommençons sans réserve!
