About this property

Uptown House - Hot Tub, 5 min to Shops/Food/Trails

Great house that sleeps 8 people and is 5 minutes walk to uptown shops and Jordan Trailhead. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the other bedrooms each have a queen bed (1 twin). Hot tub to relax and unwind. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking wares. All new furniture, mattresses, bedding, and linens. We care about our guest and go the extra mile to make sure you love your stay

The house has all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, and kitchen ware. There are 3 separate patios to enjoy the great Sedona outdoors and we are 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in uptown and walking distance to Jordan trailhead. The house has a split floor plan with the master bedroom (1 King bed) on one end and 2 other bedrooms (1 Queen bed each) on the other side of the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the wares you need to cook a family meal. The house is on a quiet street and has great views of Ship Rock out the front door. This is a great central location to start any Sedona adventure!

Note: Do not use the fireplace inside!

You will have access to the main house. There is a garage studio that is rented out separately. There is separate parking for the studio that shouldn’t be blocked or parked in. The parking for that studio is in the decorative gravel.

Check in is 4pm and after but we go to bed around 9pm and can’t help after that time. You can call Airbnb for any help you might need.

Check-out is 10am on check out day.

We live very close and are here to help when needed. We love to travel also so we are not always in town, but we do have a team in place to take care of anything that you may need even if we are away on a trip of our own. Please communicate if there are any issues so we have a chance to make it right.

Quiet neighborhood that is close to trailheads and is nestled right in the Red Rocks. Walking distance to the best shops and restaurants in Sedona as well as Sedona trolly stops that can take you to further trailheads. You are gonna love this place!- We do have quite hours from 10pm-8am. This is to respect the neighbors. Thank you for honoring them.

5 minute walk to uptown shops, restaurants, Pink Jeeps and other tours, and trailheads. Close drive to all other trailheads as this location is centrally located in the uptown area. There is a public transport trolly that is in walking distance and can take you to various trailheads around the area.

Hot Tub- please shower before entering and DoNot get in with rocks/debris of feet! This is a new hot tub so we would love to keep it clean and working for future guests. The quiet hours still exist for hot tub. If we get a call from neighbors about loud voices we will ask you to discontinue the use for the rest of your stay and a possible fine of $200 if we get fined by the city of sedona.

When you pull up to unload your things to the house please do so at the street entrance to the front door. There is a metal gate that you can park right next to and roll your bags to the front door. If you don't do this than you will have to pick up your luggage and carry it to the house. We have decorative rock and flagstone stepping stones that you can NOT drag your luggage through. We will charge you an extra fee if this is done because we have to rake and fix all the rocks. Thank you

Please limit your cars to 4 cars if you have more please carpool or find a parking lot down the road to keep the extra cars. Street parking is not permitted.

**If you have more than 8 people you
will be charged $25 per person each night of stay.

Great house, great location, & great hot tub!
Two friends and I had an incredible stay here in late February! We got cold feet last minute due to a Winter Storm warning for Sedona and canceled our Grand Canyon Tour and was going to do the same for the house but so lucky we didn’t! The host was really nice and responsive with our snow storm concerns and the trip turned out amazingly especially with the snow. It turned the house, neighborhood and surrounding landscape into a winter wonderland! First time we saw snow on cacti. The rest of the days were sunny and beautiful. The house is beautifully landscaped and the hot tub is a must in the chilly weather and was a perfect end to our hiking day and a perfect start to our snow day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Only downside is my bedroom required you to enter/exit through another bedroom. But it wasn’t bad at all. Plus I had a huge bathroom/shower to use. The kitchen is big and has all the kitchen tools you’ll need, even though we only made an omelette for breakfast and some tea. The living room/dining room were great with a huge U-shaped couch though we didn’t use it at all since we were out so much. The location is fantastic as it’s close to trails and walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. We went for walks and runs around the neighborhood. Hiking and vortex sites are short drives (less than 10 minutes for some). We did the airport vortex and Brins Mesa hike. Overall great house and great host. We’d definitely stay here again. TY!
