Quiet house located in a very pleasant town 15 minutes from downtown. You will find nearby all kinds of shops (mini market, bakery, hairdresser ...) and historical monuments to visit not far from the city center of Angers and the new shopping center of the Atoll.
At less than 15min, you can visit the castle of King René, the banks of the Loire, and as a bonus have a taste of the mild Angevin. Angers is a city on a human scale where life is good, you will not be disappointed.

Très satisfaits du séjour

Très belle maison décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Équipement multimédia au dessus du lot. Grand jardin avec terrasse plein sud. Endroit très calme, à 15 mn d'Angers en voiture. Propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants.

Excellent stay

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was great to have a master suite on the first floor for my elderly dad. We enjoyed several meals and relaxed on the patio. House is equipped with everything you could possibly need and in excellent condition. Elhassan and his wife were excellent hosts... Very friendly and responsive.
