Super clean, comfy licensed suite, pet friendly and 20 minutes to downtown kelowna and beaches. Private bathroom and personal carport parking and entrance with lots of space for skis/snowboards, golf clubs and mountain bikes. Luxury mattress and hi end linens. Quiet neighbourhood with lake view. Yummy continental breakfast consists of baked scones and sunshine muffins, waffles and maple syrup, yogurt, berries, granola and other cereals. An awesome coffee/tea bar too!

Great quiet space

We were in town to visit family and decided to stay at this comfy suite. We were really impressed with the amount of food we were supplied with for our stay and lots of variaty. Everything was very clean. We had a small conversation with the property owner and she is very friendly and welcoming. If we return to Kelowna again we would definitely look to stay at this rental.

Awesome place!

Stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable and safe here! Very clean, loved having my own entrance and the food the host leaves is awesome! Saved me some money! (ie: eggs,yogurt,milk,3 different kinds of cereal,butter,juice,pancakes,fruit and bread items! ) The washer and dryer came in handy too! Would give it a 10 star if I could! The only thing to note is that the owners live upstairs so you will hear footsteps and talking at times but no big deal since come nighttime it was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy, cute, and clean suite. Warm and welcoming hosts. Our dog had so much fun going for walks and playing on the hill behind the property. Will recommend it to my family and friends coming to Kelowna for a vacation. Best wishes!

Black mountain stay

The check in was easy and the people are super friendly. There was a glitch with the tv first night but they took care of that promptly. Great breakfast as it was way better than expected and brought some of our own that we honestly did not need to bring. There is a squeak to the flooring upstairs to keep in mind. Great amenities. Just note the bedroom and living area are in the same room with small kitchen and laundry off that room. I will stay again when in town. Thank you for the stay.

Wonderful place to stay with your pup!

We had a great time at Heather's place! The bed was comfy, the place was very clean with a well equipped kitchen, and our pup even had his own bed. Heather left us plenty of food for breakfast too, which was lovely. The area is great, with a nice little trail for a morning hike and just a ten minute drive to Kelowna. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for Black Mountain area

Communication and check-in was super simple, despite arriving late due to bad traffic on the Trans Canada. Breakfast items were lovely and the room stayed nice and cool even in the Kelowna heat. The owners were present and welcoming.

Nice Place on the Edge of Kelowna

Clean, well stocked, 1bdrm ground floor suite of a home located at the end of a street. Up in the Kelowna hills and under Black Mountain, it has backyard access to trails for views overlooking valley, orchards, and Okanagan Lake. Host was very pleasant. I’d book it again.

Thank you Heather for the great stay. Great location just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city and right by the golf course. We enjoyed the breakfast spread as well.

Best Pet Friendly B&B in Kelowna!

Clean and comfortable! Our Host Heather made sure we had plenty of breakfast food as well as allowed our dogs to stay in an air conditioned area while we enjoyed some wineries. Great view of the lake and valley, and a quick drive to get downtown. Would totally stay again.

We were in Kelowna during very hot weather 38/39C and it was lovely and cool in this suite. We had a car so the location away from city was great. It was spacious and comfortable.
