About this property

Air-conditioned villa with heated pool 500 meters from the Arcachon basin

Very bright villa, located about 500m from the Arcachon Bay and the Saint Brice reservoir and 9km from the ocean. It has a 1000 m2 garden, a swimming pool and numerous games (swing, bar table football, trampoline, football cages, ...). 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large living room. Cot and high chair available.

The house has three terraces (East, South and West), a plancha and a barbecue which allows you to enjoy the sun for all meals of the day.

The villa is located in a quiet area; it is easy to reach the oyster port of Andernos or that of Ares on foot to enjoy oyster tasting or eat in one of the pleasant fish restaurants.

A deposit of 1000 euros is required. By default it transits via Abritel / Homeaway which collects it as a trusted third party. If this poses a difficulty, we will try to find an alternative solution.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, unvergessliche Zeit! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich als Familie wünscht und noch viel mehr. Emmanuel ist der perfekte Gastgeber und hat an alles gedacht, sodass alles vor Ort war, was man benötigt (das ist außergewöhnlich und nicht selbstverständlich!) Die Einrichtung ist mit einem Blick fürs Detail ausgewählt und alles andere als gewöhnlich. Wir können das Haus- besonders Familien - sehr ans Herz legen und werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Fantastic house

The house is gorgeous with everything you need. The place is ideally located to walk to the bay or by car to the Atlantic coast. Communication was very good and very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Ares

Schon vor der Ankunft wurden wir über alles informiert. Bei der Ankunft selbst, war Emmanuelle anwesend, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Er gab und außerdem nützliche Hinweise und Tipps für die Region und seine Kontaktdaten, sodass wir ihn bei Fragen stets erreichen konnten. Das Haus ist wundervoll. Es ist gemütlich, sehr individuell, praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet, sowohl innen als auch außen gibt es unzählige Geräte und Spielzeuge für die Kinder (und) Erwachsenen. Die verschiedenen Terrassen laden zu jeder Tageszeit zum Verweilen ein und das große Highlight ist der wundervolle Pool. Das Haus ist darüber hinaus vorbildlich ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls gut. Der Bassin und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen für Einkäufe empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Der nächste Strand am Atlantik ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Idealement situee au calme avec grand jardin

Nous etions 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 2 a 13 ans. Nous avons passe 2 semaines tres agreables. La maison est idealement situee, entierement amenagee et au calme mais suffisament proche du centre ville et des restaurants pour s'y rendre a pied. Tout est a disposition pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Les bassins de Saint Brice et d'Arcachon sont a 5-600 m et de la on peut egalement rejoindre les ports ostreicoles d'Ares et Andernos par des petits chemins qui longent le bassin. La piscine a evidement eu beaucoup de success aupres des enfants et des adultes. Il y a suffisament d'espaces exterieurs pour manger dehors meme par forte chaleur. L'accueil est chaleureux et Emmanuel est toujours disponible pour repondre a toutes les questions.

Maison très fonctionnelle dans un quartier calme

Maison très agréable, très bien pensée, aménagée, équipée, … il n’y manque rien et on s’y sent comme chez soi. Plusieurs espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettent à chacun de se poser, en fonction des envies et de la météo. Photos et descriptions conformes à la réalité. Tout y est : des jeux pour tous les âges, des fonds de placards et de Sdb très appréciés, linge de maison, jusqu’au glaçons et « un panier d’accueil » ! Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine ! A l’écart du centre-ville, mais on y est au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Merci pour votre accueil.

Belle maison dans un environnement calme

Bon emplacement pour sillonner sur le bassin, idéal à vélo ! La maison est très agréable et les propriétaires laissent les livres et jeux à disposition, on s’y sent très bien . Très bon accueil. Belle piscine , terrasses très agréables. Seul bémol, un peu chaud à l’étage en cas de forte chaleur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison! La villa est superbe, décorée avec soin, avec de nombreux recoins sympas pour se poser. Emmanuel nous a accueillis avec de petites attentions et en nous fournissant de nombreuses recommandations très utiles sur les lieux à voir dans la région. La piscine est top, la maison pleine de livres et de jeux pour tous âges, bref, une super adresse!

Nice house with a fantastic garden

We were two families staying for 10 days and we could easily have spent 10 more;-) The house had everything we needed and was nice and clean at arrival. We liked the area a lot, with the beaches, Ares and its pasteries, the oyster harbours and all the great cycling paths (We rented soem great racing bikes at Bike Cap Zen). I will very much recommend both the area and the house:-)

De belles vacances entre copains

nous avons passer un superbe séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très belle et agréable à vivre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter pleinement des vacances. En plus le jardin est magnifique. On en a profité au maximum gràce aux 2 terrasses. Emmanuel est très disponible pour tous les renseignements et pour donner de bonnes adresses. En un mot on recommande sans problème cette location .

Comme à la maison ... le cadre en plus

Coup de cœur pour cette villa d'architecte. En dehors du design et de la décoration moderne et soignée, cette maison est très accueillante et fonctionnelle. On sent que c'est une maison de famille et on a envie d'en prendre soin comme si c'était la nôtre. Les propriétaires et la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil et de la sortie sont disponibles et ne sont pas avares de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié tous les jouets mis à leur disposition. Encore merci, Famille Micale
