This 1000 sqft guest suite is the perfect 'home away from home' for the traveler that appreciates their own privacy. Separate entrance, comfortable bedding and an ABUNDANCE of Natural light flood the entire suite!

The bed is dressed with fresh linens and warm bedding. I also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for use during your stay. I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers, mattress cover and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!
***Kitchenette features; Fridge, Freezer, Salton Induction Cooktop, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes, Cutlery, Sink, Sharp Knives and Glassware everything you need for a light meal or take out! There is also a BBQ with side burner exclusively for your use available outside the entry door.
**There is no stove for baking or dishwasher**
The entire suite is yours to enjoy! There is a private WEST facing covered patio complete with furniture for enjoying the sunsets in those summer months.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
+For stays greater than 10 days bi monthly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This helps to maintain and ensure that the studio has that fresh clean feel through the duration of your stay.
As is standard, it's expected that you leave the suite in the same condition upon which you found it. The included cleaning fee is so you get to walk into a fresh, sanitized, spotlessly, clean home. It's not for our cleaner to do your dishes or pick up your garbage, wipe nasty spills etc.
They don't clean up after you, they clean, prep and sanitize FOR you.
***Before you 'Request to Book', please read the ENTIRE description. Know what to expect.***
Please follow these steps to be an ideal guest:
• Confirm that you have read the House Rules, and that they are agreeable to you (this is a must).
• Check-out is by 10 AM, as our cleaners must have adequate time to prepare for incoming Guests. We do try to accommodate late checkouts when possible providing there are no new guests arriving the same day.

I'm a water baby at heart and was likely a fish in a past life! The beaches and sea in Croatia were absolutely stunning.

Why they chose this property
When I purchased this home I did so because of the private setting, golf course views, and additional mountain views (from the upper deck), and overall spacious feel. The home is airy, warm and cozy all at the same time! The suite is fully stocked with everything a traveler could need and I am always adding to it to make it better.
