Carefully renovated 18th century village house in the heart of a small authentic and typical Savoy village situated on a south-facing plateau at 1275 meters above sea level. Here, on the slopes of Mont Jovet, we enjoy unspoiled nature.
You are a few kilometers from the largest ski areas in the world (6km, 15 min from Paradiski) and the main gates of the Vanoise National Park.
Cottage 75M2, authentic and quiet. 1 large living dining room, a beautiful shaded garden with terrace. Exceptional panorama on the Valley, the chain of Lauzière and Beaufortin. The walls of the house are in stone so freshness is assured in summer and enveloping warmth in winter.
Coiled in a superb preserved natural setting, at Notre Dame du Pré, to recharge your batteries you have a choice :): - the surrounding nature is authentic and preserved. Here the quiet area of the hunting reserve allows us to observe a very rich and varied fauna. Often, during the summer, A Chamois is visible from the Place du Village. - 3 drag lifts, 4 tracks, and a groomed pedestrian or snowshoe circuit. Ideal for beginners, the day pass does not exceed 15 euros. Please note the slopes close between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Time for our pisteurs and municipal employees to eat. - In summer, many hiking and mountain biking trails from the Village. - For climbers, the village climbing site offers more than 300 climbing routes !!! - For children a fitted play area is open right next to the tennis courts. - You are a few km from the main gateways to the first French National Park: The Vanoise National Park. - For cyclists, you are close to the 3 main passes outside the Savoie category: Col de la Madeleine, Col de l'Iseran and Col du Petit Saint Bernard. - Italy and Valle d'Aosta is less than an hour away, and Chamonix just over an hour.
- The valley regularly hosts the Canoe Kayak and Paragliding World Championships. You can also take advantage of Isère to practice rafting, and fishing as well as on the many surrounding mountain lakes. - There is a large body of water in Macôt and water leisure centers in the Valley and the surrounding resorts.
The village church is listed and is part of the "Baroque paths". If you take this route, be aware that more than fifty Baroque churches and chapels are listed in Savoie. They bear witness to a rich and living history of our valley: great transalpine communication route, pioneer of hydro-electricity, unique mining and agricultural know-how.
Finally, the Village Inn and Restaurant is renowned for the quality of its service. This is where you can get your bread, croissants and grocery service.

Merci à Alain pour son accueil et ses conseils. La balade en raquette dans la neige nous a laissé de douloureux souvenirs aux jambes le lendemain matin :).
Le village est magnifique, très familial, reposant, et à proximité de la Plagne si besoin. L'auberge fait de très bons plats et Greg (le gérant) est tout aussi accueillant.
On reviendra en été probablement pour découvrir de nouveaux paysages.
Nous avons ete seduits par le village son calme et la beaute des paysages.gite très agreable et fonctionnel.il ne manque rien.nous reviendrons certainement
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Alain, guide de montagne n'est pas avare de bon plans randos😎.
Logement très sympa, literie excellente, ce qui est plutôt rare dans les gîtes. Et les lits sont faits avant l'arrivée. Serviettes de bain disponibles aussi, ce qui est un plus.
Jardin clôturé et même notre petite chienne fugueuse n'a pas trouvé le chemin de la sortie😂.
Nous avons eu juste besoin de nous acclimater aux cloches de l'église qui est à côté du jardin et qui sonne toutes les h et 1/2h. Mais ça fait néanmoins partie du charme de la campagne 😀.
L'environnement et les alentours sont des pépites pour les yeux. Magnifiques randos réalisées dans les alpages et crêtes toutes proches.
Proximité d'un resto-épicerie (à 50m) avec commande de pain journalier possible, où les patronnes sont très sympathiques.
A recommander donc.

chalet pour 6 personnes très correct.
En plus le bois est fourni gracieusement.
Conforme à la description, le propriétaire pense faire des aménagements dans le futur.
Jardin de bonne dimension si l'on a un animal et sur la terrasse nous attendent les transats.Que du bonheur!
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine ensoleillée et la station de ski LA PLAGNE n'est qu'à quelques km.
Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et propose des randos.

Jolie ancien maison avec beaucoup détails originals, dans le centre d'un petit village, vue spécial sur les montagnes, grand jardin privé avec vue/l'hombre et terrasse, cuisine tres bien équipé, et tres bon lits.
Nous avons fait des tres jolie rendonnées directement de la maison, le proprietaire nous a donné des bonnes suggestions pour rendonnées et restaurants.
