This large 2 bedroom/2 bath FIRST FLOOR condo located in Naples Bath and Tennis Club. Home to the Sanchez-Casal world caliber Tennis Academy.
Best tennis gated community in Naples on premises!!! Bright open condo in central Naples is minutes to the beach, under 1 mile to Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS, TJ Maxx, Pier 1, Total Wine, Banks, USPS and much more!!! Enjoy all the highlights Naples has to offer!!! The unit is located between Downtown Naples and Mercato both of which are most sought for destinations offering great restaurants with outdoor seating and live music.
Just a few blocks to shopping and wonderful dining options.
The condo has a lake view and you can sip a hot cup of coffee as you gaze out at your EXPANSIVE lake and MATURE landscaped view. New top of the line washer and dryer inside the unit! There is a FREE COMMUNITY POOL, in addition Olympic-sized pool is also available to renters for a fee. The non-mandatory single membership fee of $25 per day, including tennis and social ( fitness center, Olympic-sized pool, steam room and sauna). Single, family tennis and social or just social membership options are available to customize your package.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds.
We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bicycle. Of course, the home comes a TV as well as cable, free wi-fi, etc.

To keep the community safe, association requires application approval for every person over age 18. The Application Fee is $150 per couple/family. The application should be submitted at least 20 days in advance to allow for the processing. The background check is run by the guest himself/herself and should be submitted to the homeowners association.

Located in the heart of Naples, you are just minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Shore. For dining and entertainment you can choose the Mercato, 5th Avenue South / Tin City and plenty of others.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
The association application fee is $150 per booking and should be paid in advance directly.

Condo with everything you could want.

Enjoyed our Naples stay. The condo was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The place felt safe and the other renters in the complex delightful. The only disappointment was the club we were to have access to for the pool and work out facilities was closed.

Naples Condo

The condo was very nice and the Manager was very hospitable. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to use the Casel Sanchez tennis facility (which is a short distance from the condo) the way I had hoped. There was a huge fee in order to play tennis there. I thought it would have been more reasonable. I was also disappointed with the size of the pool for the development. The pluses are that the location was quiet. We had to get in the car a lot since there was nothing within walking distance for restaurants. If your looking for a quiet location with a very nice condo setup this is the place to go.

Two week rental at Naples Bath and Tennis

We were very pleased as the spacious condo was very well furnished and we loved our location on a lake. Condo location was excellent as it was close to beaches, exciting downtown Naples, shopping etc. plus great professional tennis matches to watch. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and delicious local fresh strawberries!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo,furnished it to Floridian style and think it will be a fabulous spot for your next vacation. Just sitting in the lanai and watching the flock of white ibises, ducks, spoonbills and storks grazing nearby makes you feel in a special place.
There is some big fish swimming in the lake and you can see fins on the water surface very often.
