We highly recommend this lovely place. Isabelle had everything well organized and clean. We had everything we needed for a family of three. We love this area. She even had beach bags, towels, folding chairs and a parasol for the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful, we slept very well. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Merci beaucoup, Isabelle! We hope to come back again. À la prochaine fois.

Les deux petits ventilateurs sont nettement insuffisants étant donné l’exiguïté du studio 23 . Il est nécessaire de poser une climatisation car il n’y a pas de fenêtre en bas pour profiter de la fraîcheur la nuit . La climatisation est autorisée depuis le CA d’il y a deux mois . Elle était sur l’annonce mais pas dans le studio . Sinon studio extrêmement bien équipé et très joli . Immense Piscine juste à côté , très belle et propre . Joli lotissement mais studio très étroit et échelle dangereuse

Chère madame, C’est avec étonnement que je prends connaissance de votre commentaire à la suite de ces 3 jours passés dans mon logement ; je suis navrée que vous n’ayez pas apprécié votre séjour mais je me permets toutefois de revenir sur quelques éléments de critique qui me semblent difficiles à accepter. 1- Concernant la climatisation, vous étiez parfaitement au courant qu’il n’y avait que 2 ventilateurs portatifs (j’ai la trace de nos échanges !) – vous évoquez un CA ? Je suppose que vous faites allusion à l’AG des copropriétaires qui a validé « vous avez raison » la possibilité à l’avenir d’installer des climatisations normées. Je ne vois pas comment j’aurais pu en 2 mois faire faire cette installation. Dès lors je confirme que vous étiez parfaitement au courant qu’il n’existait que deux ventilateurs portatifs. 2- Je vous rappelle que l’épisode caniculaire que nous subissons depuis mi-juillet est tout à fait exceptionnel. Les Landes sont réputées pour leurs nuits fraiches. 3- Concernant l’escalier appelé en architecture « échelle de meunier » : tous les logements sont équipés de cette façon depuis la construction de la résidence. J’ai pris la peine de photographier l’escalier sur l’annonce afin qu’il n’y ait pas d’ambiguïté et je précise aux futurs locataires avec enfants en bas âge que je déconseille de monter seul sur la mezzanine. En conclusion, Désolée de n’avoir pu répondre à toutes vos exigences (je fais allusion à votre 1ere remarque dès votre arrivée « ce cadre photo ne semble pas droit ! ») Je vous souhaite de trouver mieux l’été prochain.

Top confort dans les Landes

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans les Landes, à proximité de l'océan. L'appartement est extrêmement bien pensé avec tout le confort (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, ...), et de nombreuses petites attentions de la part de l'hôte (petits gâteaux, serviettes de bain
