modest and clean as described

perfect place for a 3 night stay. participated in a concert with columbus indiana philharmonic, and the house was an easy 3-4 minute drive right down 25th st. to columbus north high school, the venue for the concert. bed was very comfortable. everything one might need in the kitchen. safe area. easy checkin and out. would stay again.

I grew up and have lived in the Hope/Columbus area my whole life. I have worked for IU since 2006. I have been renting this home on Airbnb since September 2017. I have really enjoyed hosting visitors at my own home that I was excited when I was approached to manage another home in Columbus as well. I own and manage 2 homes in Columbus and I have bought a condo in Bloomington that I rent out as well. I am extremely dedicated to my homes used as short term rentals. I have tried to provide everything you will need while you're away from your own home. I always listen to the suggestions of guests so you will always want to come back and stay again. I take a lot of pride in the properties I share and want everyone to have a great experience.

You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. You will find this to be very spacious and comfortable for your stay. There is a Yale/NEST lock on the back door that you will be able to gain access to the home without having interaction with me, so you can arrive at a time that is most convenient for you. I think you will find this home close to anything you will need.

What makes this property unique

There is a Yale/NEST lock on the door to make your arrival (and checking in/out) convenient and flexible (the access will be emailed to you before your stay), unique code will be sent to you a few days before your stay. Wifi is available. TV is located in the living room that is an antenna tv with Netflix access. You will find the home nicely stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom necessities.
