A group of nurse friends stayed at the house for 2 nights. A good space to visit.
The owner had communicated a problem with a commode & that was repaired while we were away.
I was glad for the off street parking in the carport & lot behind the house because the street is narrow.
This was a perfect place for our group to stay. We enjoyed being able to walk into town. Columbus surprised us as we had not previously visited a mid size town in Indiana before. We watched the solar eclipse in the park just blocks from the house on a beautiful day. Small items to enhance the stay were left with host but overall it was a great experience!

The property is in the middle of the historical district...it featured some original doors and air registers.... There's a half bathroom under the stairs which is sooo adorable. The house has everything we needed but I do recommend bringing your own pillows if possible the ones on all the beds are flat... We also noticed that after the sun went down the house seemed to get hot we had the ac set to 75 an most nights it would be 80 but assume that is the bricks releasing heat. The back area is perfect for a little family cookout... The highlight for me was the claw foot tub, and the original features. We even sunk into the basement but it was creepy and nothing but the stuff for the ac and some old shelves don't go down there lol. Overall we feel in love with our side of the duplex. Worth every penny.
Good condo about 45 mins away from downtown. Beautiful, simple decor inside, very clean when we arrived. We were in town for the Indy 500 and this was a great place to stay!
