This was our third time to stay here. Condo is beautiful. The deck on the third floor provides an excellent place to relax at the end of the day. Easy walk to the beach - it’s just across the street! Highly recommend this condo.

The beach is super close, and there were shops, restaurants, and bike rental within walking distance The steps were a bit hard for our old knees, and there were areas in need of repair., but you could see the beach from most windows and the yard in front was great for sitting.nice

Wonderful Condo close to beach

My family spent a week at this lovely condo and truly enjoyed their time! The condo is close to the beach, easy to bike to local famous restaurants and the village.

We really had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and the beach is a short walk away. There is a beach view from the top level that is very pretty. There are 3 bedrooms - the top level has 1 bed, the middle level has 2 bedrooms -1 bed in the master and 2 twins in the other bedroom. The couches on the first layer are comfortable as well. The communication was excellent with the host. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach vacation

This is our 3rd time staying and we will stay again. Home is lovely. Location is just perfect. Right beside beach. Very short bike ride to the pier and shops and restaurants.

Ideal Family Vacation!

You can’t find better location or accommodations for a fun-filled, no-stress family vacation at the beach. A quick, easy and safe walk across the quiet street gets you to a sweet uncrowded beach. An easy walk to the village and pier too!

Girls trip

This is a beautiful rental with a terrace looking out on the ocean. It’s across the street from beach access and a short walk to wonderful restaurants and shops on St. Simon’s Island. Very quiet and comfortable for a true ‘respite’ for everyone! Perfect location! Wonderful stay!

Great location

The condo is great except for the steep stairs. One of us is 85 and the stairs were steep, but we had a great time staying there. Loved the balcony and the chairs that are on the balcony.

Wonderful beach vacation

Our family of four (all adults) enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. The property was exactly as advertised, and it is in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the beach. The beach towels and chairs provided were much appreciated. For families with younger children, there are also some beach toys. The property is also within a reasonable walk or short drive to many terrific local restaurants. The property is very quiet and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We would love to come back to stay again someday.

Great Getaway

St Simons is a charming place! The location of this townhouse was great. Close to the beach and the village. It was a perfect place to base ourselves, chill our wine and rest our heads. It could use some TLC, but value for price paid was adequate. Thank you!

Clean & perfect location

We loved the fact that the house was super close to the beach, village and restaurants. We rented bikes and could take the back roads to all the shopping/restaurants-we even rode on the beach! Not much of a beach view from the house but cant say enough good things about the host, cleanliness of the house & convenience! Will definitely be back to visit!!!

Perfect area for a reasonable price

This townhome was perfect for us! The location was perfect - right across from the beach and close to town/restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Beach chairs, umbrella provided - just bring your own Beach towels. It has most of the amenities of home. We would definitely stay here again! Loved our trip!

Location, location

The group really enjoyed the location because it was walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. In the condo the stairs are steep! This was a great fit for a party of four—one couple and two singles.

Labor Day 2023

You can’t beat the location of the property. 2nd row, right across the street from the beach. Owners were very quick and responsive to messages and communicated easily prior to and during our stay. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone! Could use a little TLC, but nothing that would keep us from staying again!
