Pleasant, bright apartment for 4 people with 2 large balconies on the 1st floor of a residence with lift. Nice view of the Capucin and the Massif du Sancy. Located near shops, thermal baths. Free shuttles at the foot of the residence for the ski resort and the thermal baths. Living room with TV with DVD player, BZ 160, bedroom separation with foldaway bed 140, new quality bedding, new fitted kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction table, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, ...). Large bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer. Separate WC. Dressing room in the entrance. Iron.
Provision of a private closed garage within the residence.

Appartement dans résidence calme, très propre et bien équipé, bien situé (10' à pied du centre ville et à 3' du sentier de randonnée vers le Capucin), grand garage pour la voiture. Très bon choix...
