Modern and spacious three-story house with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Located in the old town of Conil with capacity for 6 people. The first floor consists of a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, etc. and all the necessary utensils for 6 people. In the living room we will find a 32' TV, air conditioning and WIFI. On the second floor we have two bedrooms and another bathroom. The main bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the third floor there is a room with a sofa bed and access to a large terrace.

House in conil

Good location but to find the house it's like a maze. The house has enough beds, 1double bedroom, the other 2 are not bedrooms, they are located in corredor, no doors. Kitchen has a hob and microwave, not a much needed oven. There wasn't a cloth to clean had to buy one, also had to buy toilet paper, it had 1 roll in each toilet for 8 days. No extra pillow cases, had to borrow from my Daughter. Overal was good ju

We stayed in the house for a week at the end of September. About a month before our arrival we received a message from Rebecca about the house, the check-in process etc. She also mentioned towels are not included and there is a charge. Seriously? We have never come across paying for towels and found it ridiculous. Nevertheless, we argued the case and Rebecca arranged 3 towels for us - on with a hole, one smelled badly and the last one was good. Not a big issue, we just didn't use the smelly one. On arrival, the bed wasn't made up and we had to do it ourselves. We were only given a single sheet for one of the beds and had to request a double one. No kitchen towels but they were supplied quickly when we asked. The property has a potential to be a great place but there are too many compromises. The door in downstairs bathroom is not possible to close, shower screen upstairs is very stiff, cheap wonky chairs, not very clean on arrival (had to mop the floor ourselves). The terrace is great and has great views. It was very windy and the bamboo roof was very noisy throughout the night. They asked us for a deposit in cash (which is fine) but insisted sending the deposit back to the UK by bank transfer. We found this strange. We were asked to sign a contract in Spanish despite the fact we booked through HomeAway. Rebecca employs a local agency who handles the management of the property (check-in, cleaning etc.). They speak little english. English is not my first language and happy to try to communicate in my limited Spanish but sending a link to google translator came across as unprofessional.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und perfekt gelegen: mitten im Fischerviertel, fünf Minuten Fußweg zur Strandpromenade. Es gibt alles, was ihr braucht, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Ich habe mich besonders über den Mini-Backofen gefreut.Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Etagen mit schmaler Wendeltreppe.Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung. Mit mehreren Personen könnte die Zimmeraufteilung ein wenig herausfordernd sein, da die Schlafplätze teilweise nicht mit extra Tür abgetrennt sind.Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es nachmittags etwas Schatten. Morgens haben wir beim Frühstück die Sonne aufgehen sehen und abends den Sonnenuntergang, falls man da mal nicht am Strand ist.Viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Top Lage ….

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt, vom Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants alles gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Aufteilung war für uns absolut super (2Erw. 2 Kinder 12/15). Wie haben 10 tolle Tage in Conil verbracht und mussten 2 Tage aufgrund von Regen auch in der Wohnung verbringen. Aber dies ging gut. Die Bäder sind sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Salzwasser hinterlässt seine Spuren. DiebBetten fanden wir bequem und auch das Wohn-/Esszimmer bot uns vier genug Platz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss past. Pinseria um die Ecke ein muss! Viel Spaß in Conil.

einfach gemütlich!

Zum 2. Mal wohnten wir nun in diesem schönen Stadthaus im Fischerviertel. Wir genießen die Ruhe dort, inmitten des betriebigen Dorflebens. Jetzt gibt es auch Handtücher, ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Betten sind gemütlich und dass es richtige Decken gibt, finden wir auch großartig. Auf der Dachterasse kann man frühstücken und den Sonnenuntergang genießen, wenn man das nicht am Strand tun möchte. Eine echte Oase. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen in Rebeccas schönes Haus!Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Einfach und authentisch schön

Wunderbarer Ort ,fern von Massentourismus und nah genug am authentischen Leben in Andalusien. Wir hätten gern noch viel mehr Zeit an diesem wundervollen Ort verbracht. Es gab und gibt so viel zu entdecken und wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen. Herrlich den Tag am Meer oder den traumhaften Städten zu verbringen und den Abend im Stimmengewirr der Gassen und Rauschen des Meeres ausklingen zu lassen..Die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten und die Gastfreundschaft des Landes zu genießen..Inmittten der Menschen zu wohnen an einem wundervollen Ort mit atemberaubender Landschaft und Stille. Im Herzen des weißen Dorfes.

Einfach und trotzdem originell mitten im Leben der Spanier. Die Agentur vor Ort ist bemüht dass alles passt. Dachterrasse ist genial. Parkplatz etwas schwieriger, aber man ist im Urlaub und hat Zeit. Wunderschönes Dorf, tolle Lage des Hauses.

Excellent Apartment

We, a family of 4, had a great stay at Rebecca’s apartment. The apartment is spacious. Clean with all described amenities. The roof top terrace is fantastic. If one improvement could be made it would be to add an AC to the 2 nd floor where the master BR is located.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus über drei Etagen in einer ruhigen schmalen Seitengasse mit Ziehbrunnen. Da man nicht direkt vor das Haus fahren kann, sollte man das Gepäck schon ein Stück tragen können, wird aber dann mit der schönen Sicht von der Dachterasse belohnt.

Hübsches ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet, bietet bis zu sechs Leuten (allerdings ist nur das eine Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür vollständig abtrennbar, durch die Wendeltreppe ist das Haus relativ offen konstruiert) Platz, durch die zwei Bäder ist es sehr komfortabel. Die Betten sind bequem, es sind auch für kühle Tage genug Decken vorhanden. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und auf der Dachterrasse eine lange Wäscheleine. Das Haus liegt in einer schmalen, von der Calle Extramuros aus für Fußgänger betretbaren Gasse (die laut Straßenschild "Virgen del Carmen" heißt, auf einigen Karten, Google Earth und Navis alllerdings "Callejon Extramuros"; so ist es auch auf der Website beschrieben). In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es Läden und Kneipen aller Art, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man südöstlich El Palmar, südwestlich den Strand Los Bateles, und man hat einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergangs-Blick nach Westen. Manoli, die von Besitzerin Rebeca beauftragte Vermieterin, ist kompetent und hilfsbereit. Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir (vierköpfige Familie) hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen in Conil.
