You can enjoy those exquisite ocean blues, sights of migrating whales and passing cruise ships as you relax in the infinity-edge swimming pool, a lounge chair, at the patio dining area or in the jacuzzi.

The villa’s spacious interior offers comfort and ample room to relax. The main living, dining and kitchen area extends to an ocean-view terrace. The comfortable bedroom suites also boast ocean views and several offer jacuzzi tubs. Travertine marble floors, an exercise room, and gourmet kitchen are but a few highlights.

Situated in the prestigious private neighborhood of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, you’re located just minutes to all of the area’s best restaurants, nightlife, beaches and activities.

The pool is heated to 75F. Can be increased to 85F for $100 per day (3-day minimum). The pool will not heat if the spa is not turned off. This can be paid directly to the property manager. Please inquire with your concierge for assistance.

Cabo Vacation

Over all things were great Alex at Cabo Villaswas very helpful and the cooking and cleaning staff at the villa was outstanding. The only issue we had was with the concierge not providing the services that was paid for so we pretty much made all our own transportation and excursion arrangments.

Loved the view, but

The location was good, it has a great view and lots of morning sun as it faces east. Because of the hill you lose the sun at lunchtime. The outside space was limited for a large group ( 7 of us), and the pool and hot tub were tired and in need of some maintenance and upkeep. The house is in need of a thorough cleaning top to bottom, and all the bedding should be replaced. Enjoyed our time there but it needs to be updated.

Great Home but needs work and better cleaning

There were many things that were chipped, bathroom hot and cold handles that simply came off and didn't work, a lot of junk in the back area; the small pools were stagnant and full of floating trash; paid to have the pool heated another 10 degrees and it only got to 5 degrees higher then they said it would be another $50 to raise it more? Housekeeping was annoying; they showed up at 9 am, sat in the garage for over an hour, and then barely did anything for the next four hours. I just canceled them altogether and then got some attitude from the main housekeeper as she left the house that day. She acted like she owned the home and we were in her way. We also asked her to leave the door open to the laundry room which she did not, then claimed she did. The house needed a good deep clean and a lot of organizing as it was hard to find items like cups, cooking utensils, etc, and they were haphazardly stored. Overall, fantastic views and lots of room for everyone to chill out.
