Located in the heart of the Villages of Port Royal, Links 10B is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a golf cart! This property was recently refreshed with several new features and comforts!

The open floor plan offers plenty of space and natural light. The living room and dining area are adjoined by a Carolina room, perfect for reading, and the fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for meals in or whipping up a picnic for the beach. The living area features a new 70" 4K Smart TV for added enjoyment. NEW coffee bar complete with Keurig, Nespresso VertoLine and wine refrigerator complete the coffee bar in the living area. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 48" flat-screen TV and a recently renovated private en suite with double vanity and step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Links 10B includes a 4-person golf cart, perfect for getting to/from the beach, which is just a 5-minute golf cart ride! The golf cart is stored in the private 2 car garage, perfect for storing bikes and beach gear.

The Links, are located in the Villages of Port Royal, near the Marriott Barony and Westin Hotel. The complex has easy access to the many bike paths on the island and offers a community pool.

Love to stay at links. Glad to have options less than whole week. Always go to beach & always play golf there.

Great stay!

Overall the property was amazing! The only thing we had trouble with was getting an early check in figured out. We requested an early check in and never got confirmation of if we got the early check in or not so we were homeless for about 4 hours. Also wish the house rules and regs guide had more info in it like what the garage passcode was, where the beach was/how to get the golf cart there. All in all it was a great stay and the house was beautiful!

Pleasantly surprised

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this property and this location as I had never been there before. I was pleasantly surprised at the home and the location. The home was well stocked and had a nice golf cart and grill that we used often. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to the beach. We enjoyed daily trips to the beach on the golf cart and it was super convenient and a nice clean beach. I would definetly go back!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a relaxing week on Hilton Head! We enjoyed the beaches and used the golf cart to go to Islanders and Folly beach. Bedrooms and baths were perfect for the 5 of us. Please note that the unit doesn’t have beach towels, hair dryer or ample amount of beach chairs. We also took advantage of the great restaurants throughout the island.
